Video chat apps that don't require Wi-Fi?

Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
There's this app for picture edditing called Airbrush. I had it on my iPhone 6s PLUS It was honestly PERFECTION! My favorite thing was the "reshape" option. You just point the direction in wich you want to move a line and it would change it. You could've changed a triangle into a circle almost, becasue all the sharpe edges could have been flattened or curved.
Then one day I saw that the app was automatically updated and the new form of the "reshape" option was not as near as efficient. You can't reshape one line or one curve independently without dragging the whole area down. You mess up everything around. Like, BEFOREE if I wanted to reshape my annoyingly sharp cupid's bow to be more round and not prominent I could just change the little line on the top of my lip. If I try to do it now, I mess up the whole region and even the down lip and the nose become changed and blurred.
My question is, IS THERE ANY Way THAT I CAN GET THE OLD VERSION OF THIS APP, BEFORE IT WAS UPDATED? Please? I can't believe why would people ruin something that was great?
If it's impossible, tell me some other app that you think might help.
I've had my iPhone 6 for over a year now, and haven't had the problem until about 2 months ago. It has absolutely nothing to do with my internet itself, because we have other devices, including other Apple devices, that work perfectly well. This doesn't only happen at my house, it happens everywhere. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as long as I'm standing right next to the router, but if I walk away, the connection goes away. It's almost like my phone can't pick up the connection when it's slightly weakened. I've reset the network settings, but it didn't work. I'm trying my best to avoid a full reset, so is there anything I can do before I try that? I'm getting super frustrated and I've almost completely used all of my cellular data.
Getting away from the Iphone in 2016? - 1
Added (1). I currently have an IPhone 6+ and was happy for a while, but I want to get away from Apple and try something else. In my next upgrade, what phone should I be looking at currently or is there a phone that has not been released yet that is looking to be awesome? I'm a college kid doing college stuff with my phone. I'm slightly into social media and like taking pictures and all, but I do like performance with my phone.
Usually when people list 'unlocked' on an iPhone site they mean unlocked for United States countries. If I buy an unlocked iPhone abroad in Europe (or from a European person selling through amazon or ebay), will it still work in the United States on a local carrier?
On the screen i've relised there are very thin vertical lines on screen. And as mention if i try press things then it hardly works unlocking the phone is near enough impossible have no cule what to do. I've tried turning off phone and charging leaving it… NOTHING WORKS BLOODY Help Please!
I'm 23. My new iPhone 6 comes in the mail next Wednesday and I'm super happy! How can I make the week go by faster
I lost my iphone 6 and its still signing to my optimum id, i was wondering if i can i track optimum Wi-Fi hotspots the person have used? I didn't have the find my iphone app.
Ultimately, this question leans into the category of copyright, as I've tried to have photos turned into posters on sites like Zazzle and Redbubble, having been rejected by both for possible copyright infringement. Now, I would love to buy from the pictures, but I highly doubt that some photo someone took on an iPhone is going to be hitting the market. So, would Walgreens prevent me from printing a photo into a poster? Any help is appreciated, thanks! X
Apologies if this was over-explained.
