I have an iPhone 5S and I have an Otterbox cell phone case on it. I dropped it on my kitchen floor and the screen cracked and now half of my touch screen doesn't work, and I've already had to replace the screen once with an old Otterbox case. Is there a way I can contact Otterbox company and tell them what happened, and if I do, what would they say in response?
It was working fine but then when I turned my phone off then turned it on and went to turn the Wi-Fi on it connected for a few seconds then the Wi-Fi symbol at the top went away so I went into the settings to re connect it but it just has a loading symbol beside it but it never finishes loading, I reset my network settings and it still doesn't work.

Added (1). I have a 2014 macbook pro. I have an Iphone 5s.One day after my phone crashed i of course lost everything on my phone because i did not back it up. But even thought i didn't back it up on my icloud shouldnt it still be in my laptop somewhere? My pictures from the previous time are. Just not the video and I'm so confused.
I got a new laptop, HP Spectre, and I was having some malware trouble so I ran Google Chrome Cleanup. I now can't connect to the Internet! My home Internet doesn't show up at all, even though it did the day before and I can still use it on my iPhone and desktop computer! I'm not sure what to do, please help!

Hi everyone I bought iphone 6s just a few days ago it was overheating so I returned it for a replacement I got replacement after they saw it overheat and after I got back the one I got is overheating too I'm kinda not too sure how many times I can get a replacement what you all think how many times can I get replacement before they say no more replacements if it's has problems
Btw the iPhone overheat after normal use our 10min youtube and I compared it with another iphone 6s that my friends have mine overheats and there's don't after 10 min youtube
