I tried to replace the screen on my iPhone 6s and now it won't turn on. Any ideas?

Added (1). I know you are supposed to turn the phone off when replacing the screen but I couldn't since the screen was shattered and the lcd didn't work anymore. I took the screen off and the phone was still getting notifications. When I get the new screen on the phone won't come on anymore. What parts of the phone can I check that would cause this problem?

Why isn't my mobile hotspot working?

I got a new phone on Black Friday because it was on sale. It's a iPhone 6s. My previous iPhone's mobile hotspot worked perfectly fine. My phone plan is T-mobile. It hasn't been letting me use it ever since I got it. I tried it at my dads house to see if maybe the connection was bad where my mom lives ( There's great connection at my dads house ) It did the same thing. It's not because I don't have data because I'm on T-mobile, plus I tried it today and it's the day after I just payed my bill so my data should be at its maximum.
When I click the "on" button it does pop up on my Laptop's Networks. I click "connect" on my Laptop and it says it is taking "Longer than usual to connect" and then finally it says "Can't connect to this Network"
I know it isn't the Laptop that's wrong because it connects to my moms mobile hotspot, my cousins ( she has the same exact phone) and it worked on my old phone. Please no useless answers.

Major iPhone 5S Screen Issue?

My iPhone 5S is less than two weeks old and it's already having problems. When I try to type, scroll, swipe, or quite frankly try to do anything, the phone does something else. For example, I tried to hit the cancel button on the far left screen (not the first page with the apps, but the screen with news, recent contacts, etc) and it would recognize me typing in "v" and "k". I can't turn my screen brightness up (it automatically sets back to the lowest setting) and I can't even restart my phone as it doesn't recognize my swiping to shut off my phone. I don't know how to fix this. Should I take it back to the ATT store?

I'm running iOS 9.2.

(Update: I slammed my phone down on the table screen first and now I'm not having problems… If they come back, what should I do?)

Does it cost extra to use the dictation feature on your iPhone for text messages and email?

I own an iPhone 6. Its brand new and just got it a few days ago.

I was using the dictation feature to send an email and message a friend since they were long and I still wasn't use to the keyboard yet.

Another friend of mine saw me doing this and said to be careful because using the dication for anything costs extra then using the keyboard to type the message.

I think he has to be messing around with me because that sounds really silly to do.

But before I use it anymore I just want to check. I couldn't find any information about this when I looked online so I thought I'd ask here.

I have 10GB of cellular data a month.

Do I have to pay extra for using the dictation feature for email and text messages?

Or do I get charged the same as if it was a typed in message and I get no extra fees so long as I don't go beyond my 10GB cellular data limit?
