In need of opinions and inputs?

About a month ago in school, my friend dropped her things off her desk onto the floor, I tried to help her but I was sitting in my desk and it tipped over onto her stuff, but not her. Turns out, her phone was inside of her folder and one of the corners of my desk landed on it and dented it. It was completely an accident and note that I had no clue her phone was inside her folder. Later that day, she texted me after her parents decided to ask if I would help them pay for a new or another phone, since her phone was not fixable. My parents agreed to helping them out, and for the past few weeks my parents and her parents have been on the look for used phones. The other day, her parents decided on if I could just help pay towards a phone. I was not personally aware that they wanted to upgrade to one of the iPhone 6 's, her broken phone is an iPhone 5s. My parents talked to her's today and found that out. They are asking for $150. We had originally agreed to paying half the cost, but they didn't make it clear to me at least, that an upgrade is only around $200, luckily my dad knew that… The bad part of this all, honestly, is that the girl and I are pretty close, but our parents have never met or anything. At this point, my parents aren't too happy about this but we're willing to be decent people and help them out, but I will also take responsibility because I was in the situation. What is your opinion on this situation?

What does an upgrade mean for iPhone?

I have an iPhone 5s and am available for an upgrade in two months. My screen cracked, when I dropped it accidentally, but IIm sure I can wait.

I have AT&T. No AT&T next or whatever that s called.

Anyway, my main question is, what does an upgrade even do? Does it mean a discounted phone price? Or something different?

Will an iPhone with NO CARRIER still be able to use iMessage?

I had an iPhone 4S, but canceled the plan on it completely. I was with Bell.

When I got my iPhone 6S I switched to Koodo, and therefore have a new phone #.

For some reason I assumed my old phone would still work for iMessage, and am only now wondering if it won't. Where the carrier is usually displayed, my 4S says "No Service" but is connected to Wi-Fi.

Can an iPhone with no carrier still send and receive iMessages from the old phone number?

Could this be a sign of cancer?

I have this very tiny bump in the place where my thigh and abdomen meet. It feels like a ball of tissue and it's painful only if I squeeze it, otherwise it doesn't bug me at all. The reason think this could be cancer is because I keep my phone in my left pocket, and this bump is where the phone is. The phone is an iPhone 6 and I'm not sure how much radiation those give off.

My father has a history of some cysts, so I think it might be that. I have a bump that feels very similar in the right lobe of my ear, and that has been there for a while.

Would it slow down my iphone device if I update to ios 8.4.1?

Iphone 4s, ios 6 and 642mb available & 12.9gb used, how can I get more space? I have 4.4k photos. Any solution to update? I know your reaction is like 'wtf'. But please help me. I have no one to ask from and i don't know about these things. The other apps that I have are just the regular whatsapp, twitter, instagram, facebook, skype, kik, some games, etc. How can my phone be so full? Can I update, and how can I get more space to do it? I want to update, but should I?

also i don't know how iCloud works, it says total storage 5.0gb and available 4.7gb.

New iPhone 5 screen has too much glue?

Hi, my iPhone screen stop working so this guy that fixes iPhones put a new one and apparently he used too much glue because the screen looks awful, it has dark spots, light spots, and it looks like it has water inside the corners, he didn't charge me anything of course, but is this going to break my phone?
