I ordered an iphone from oembrands.uk, they said it will take 2 months for delivery, then they said they will refund the money as there's problem with their frieght containers, now they shut down their website, and email and i'm not yet refunded! What can i do to get my money back from this fraud company? (paid using credit card)
I read reviews of the store before buying, they were all good, but now i see many comments who has gone through the same problem as mine, but they say they have got their money through the bank, how can i do this? I have all the mails sent by the company.

- hard reset didn't work
- cleaning out the drives and re connecting wires didn't' work
