Should I upgrade to the iPhone 6s Plus?

I currently have a iPhone 6 64gb Space Gray. I regret now not buying the bigger screen. I'm wanting the iPhone 6s Plus Gold 64gb, and it's looking very tempting. Price doesn't matter for much, id buy it straight out with my credit card, sell my 6, pay that amount off, then pay 100 off every month.

So i'd be getting a better resolution, bigger screen, faster chip, force touch, 12mp camera, 5mp front facing camera, image stabilization, and 4k video support on camera.

What legal actions can I take against someone who I payed up front that is no longer contacting me?

About 2 and a half months ago I posted an ad on Craigslist to hire someone to develop an iPhone app for me, we talked back and fourth over phone and email and he said he could do it, I decided to hire him and pay him everything upfront ($5,500) instead of weekly as it would save me money in the long run. I met him in person, had him sign a contract I got offline and edited to fit what we needed, and payed him with a money order. Now two months later I haven't heard from him, he had told me that his number might cut off because he was switching carriers, and it has but he still has my email and hasn't responded in 24 hours. I've got his old number, email, picture of his drivers license, and signed contract. If he continues not to reply to my emails what legal action can or should I take? I don't know if he skipped town, is just ignoring me, or even if he's still alive (he told me he had some medical issues).

How to use my passcode if the screen is black? (iPhone)?

I broke my iPhones screen, and it is all black. The phone is still alive but the screen doesn't work. I want to transfer all of my files to my laptop but I can't because I can't input my password (this is also a new laptop, I've never synced my phone with and no longer have the old one)

IPhone 6 fraud, will it be stolen?

So IIm selling an iPhone 6. I have a buyer and he said he has a family member in abroad and he wants me to ship it to him/her and he will be the shipping. He said he will give me the money through pay-pal which IIm fine with. But once I told My family about this they said he can claim he never got the phone and get his money back with the phone. Can this happen? And if so how do I Prevent it

Parental controls apps for iPhone?

First let me say, I don't want any lectures or rude responses about telling me how to parent or anything like that. We live in a digital age and we have a responsibility to monitor and limit our children's use of devices while making our lives easier.

Now… Are there any programs or apps that allow a parent to schedule the times my children use their apps that is reliable? I've used an app called Parentkit for over a year and the app scheduler isn't always reliable. Sometimes it doesn't take their apps and sometimes it doesn't give them. I need something very accurate and precise if possible. Anyone know of anything? It has to be for iPhone and not require I jailbreak any phones. I don't mind if it costs money as Parentkit costs me around $40 a year and I need it for two devices. For anyone wondering, the program I use required me to install a profile in my children's phones which allowed me to give and take certain things like apps, safari, iTunes, Siri, etc… Or I could set a schedule to give and take those items. I'm not going to take their phones or anything inconveniencing, so don't suggest anything that's not a parental control app or program.

IPhone 6 Screen Broken for no reason?

I was watching a video, and I noticed the phone was getting fairly hot. I decided it wasn't much of a problem. However, it randomly seemed to turn off, but the phone responds. So I figure the problem is the screen, but don't know what to do to fix it or why it's broken. I have tried force restarting it (Home + Power) and everything, it makes noises and vibrates but it still doesn't show anything. I can't really do anything with it via computer because I have to log into the phone first and I can't see my passcode to log in. What do I do?

Does Facebook automatically upload my photos from iPhone4?

When I take pictures on my iPhone 4 does it automatically upload to Facebook or is there a setting that changes it to auto upload it. Strange question I know haha but when I go on Facebook to post a status for example it shows camera roll… Can someone help answer this question lol?

Is this a dysfunctional family?

This is going to be a long one…
I'm 17, I don't work, don't know how to drive much, and I want a job but my mom said I can't get one until I can drive. I was supposed to be getting an iPhone 6 but my my mom got mad because I don't like picking up my shoes and putting them in my closet, and because when she does tell me I get mad and at the heat of the moment I say that "all she does is make me angry". Then my 12 year old sister and I fight a lot too, then she makes my mom angry with her constant phone usage, but in turn my mom makes her mad and doesn't buy her anything which makes my sister feel unloved and she even says she wants to kill herself. Then my mom makes my dad angry and my dad is so aggressive he just yells at her and gets mad easily. I don't talk with my dad more than once or twice a day because whenever I bring something about hard work or basically anything, he finds a way to make me feel bad about it considering that I don't like helping him do yard work because he gets mad so easily. Basically my sister and I are not what my mom thought we would be, and basically there isn't one day where at least one of us has an argument about something.
