Where Are The iOS Updates Stored On iPhone?

I downloaded iOS 9 on my iPhone 6 and I decided to install it the next day. But, the very next day iOS 9.0.1 was launched and i was not able to install iOS 9. It also disappeared for General>Usage and hence, it is utilizing storage on my iPhone but can't be installed. Can anyone tell me how can i delete the iOS 9 update?

How to completely delete an app from your iPhone?

I downloaded a few apps that IIm not proud of. (Tinder, a free texting app, etc) and I hate how if you search them in the App Store it shows the cloud where you would download it. Showing you have downloaded it before. Is there a way you can make your phone forget you downloaded it? So it says "get" again instead of a picture of a cloud. Or if it's even possible.

Issue with Clash Of Clans in Game Center?

I transferred my Clash village from my old device to my new iPhone 5s. It loaded up fine until Game Center logged in and I was given a message asking if want to go back to my Town Hall 3 village that was already on my Game Center account. Turns out I played Clash before on an old apple device and it saved to my Game Center. Is there anyway I can get rid of my old village and add my new one to Game Center? Any answer would help

My iPhone4s iOS 9.1 beta

Okay. Serious question. I bought an iPhone 4s off my friend, and it was not formatted. The iCloud was under his dads iCloud, and his dad had Find My iPhone activated. Since i don't know my friends dads password to his iCloud, i can't turn find my iPhone off. I've looked everything up on youtube, and i've seen people do tutorials of a iOS 7 (Or iOS 8) glitch on turning find my iPhone off without the iCloud password. Problem for me, is i updated my iPhone to iOS 9.1, and this is no longer possible. I then looked up tutorials on how to de-install iOS 9 to iOS 8, but since i had Find My iPhone ON, i couldnt do this. Please tell me the iOS 9.1 way of turning Find My iPhone off on an iPhone 4s. Thank you. BTW i can just ask my friends dad but he forgot and he can go on his email to verify and set new password but he hasn't responded to my fb messages and i don't know when he will.
