Why is my Iphone 6s does is not responsive when I swipe diagonally?

I use to have an android, and whenever a page on the internet is both wider and longer than the screen, then it allowed me to swipe diagonally instead of going up and to the left. I recently got an Iphone 6s and it doesn't allow me to swipe diagonally. Sometimes, the page doesn't go down or up because the way I swiped isn't linear. It's quite irritating and I was wondering if there's a fix for this? It doesn't seem like a defect, maybe a bug? Or are Iphones just inherently incapable of swiping diagonally?

What iPhones are compatible with the Tracfone BYOP?

So I'm looking at buying a used iPhone 6 off ebay and i'm wondering what carrier will be compatible with tracfone. I know that tracfone has a place to check compatibility with the IMEI number, but since I don't have the phone I can't check that. Will sprint work on tracfone? Will AT&T?

Is it hard to program in swift, cocoa?

I currently learn and about to finish learning c++ language and I actually do not have much information about mobile application development. I've got xCode and I want to practice my knowledge on it to create an app for an iPhone, but there's not got c++, but C-language, Swift and Cocoa. I learned C++ with hardships, and I should again learn SWIFT, or COCOA? Thank you in advance for the answers, I appreciate it
