How to update iPhone 4 to IOS8?

Can i in any possible way update my iPhone 4 to IOS8.
I tried those tweaks from Cydia but it didn't do quite well, so i'm looking for any way to do it.

I have a friend whose daughter is special needs and is constantly annoying people by texting them. When they tell her they can't talk or is too busy, she ignores them and continues to do so. When my friend checks her phone to see if it's true that she's texting them, her daughter tricks her by deleting the texts so she doesn't find out. My friend has gotten a lot of complaints about this from the people her daughter has been texting. Are there any apps where you can control what hours she's allowed to have texting time or to block her from texting?

Why does my iPhone 6 drain my Wi-Fi?

I currently have landline cable broadband which runs at about 11mb/s.

I can't have my iPhone 6 connected to the Wi-Fi when I'm playing online Xbox 360 games.

Is there anything I can do about this? I can't get fibre optic broadband.

I dropped my iPhone 5c in the pool?

I dropped my phone in the pool and immediately after taking it out it still worked, however I dried it off a bit and took off the case and now it won't turn on. I also plugged it in (I know a big nono but I panicked) and it said the battery was low then it would go to the turning on thing with the black screen an apple logo in the middle then back to battery (when I dropped it it had a full battery.) It's been sitting in rice for a while but it still won't turn on and I want to know if there's hope and anything I can do.

My iMessages aren t sending?

I have an iPod Touch 5th generation and my boyfriend has an iPhone 4. We use iMessage to message each other. 's sent through messages, not texts, because IIm using an iPod and my boyfriend ran out of data so he uses Wi-Fi.) But I texted him the other morning and it said delivered but he never replied. So I sent him another one a few hours later and it took about 4 hours for it to say delivered. There was no reply so the next day I messaged him again and it delivered and he immediately got it, and he told me he didn't get any messages from me the day before. We were able to message for a few minutes until I last messaged him, and it delivered, and he didn't get it again. What's the deal?

Is this gonna work for my new iPhone?

So I have a question about iPhones and SIM cards and iCloud backups and other stuff… So my old iPhone 5s broke and now I use my iPad so when i connected my iCloud to my iPad all of my photos and videos went to my iPad that I had in my phone and now I'm getting a new iPhone so the chip that I took out of my old iPhone I'm gonna put it in my new iPhone and use my iCloud so when I do that is all of my pictures and messages that I had on my old phone and on my iPad gonna go to my new phone?

I recently got a plenty of fish account. I signed up through the iPhone app. I realized that I'm an upgraded user, but I never signed up to upgrade. How did this happen? I refuse to be charged for this service, will they try and charge me?

First it kept deleting all my messages to where I had none left. Today I got on my pictures and all of my photos has been wiped. I do not even have in "recently deleted". There anyway I can recover these precious pictures?
