This has been going on for a couple months now. But basically what happens is whenever I want to use the internet on my iphone, it will very often disconnect from the network. I thought it was just my phone but i found out today that my sister has been getting the problems aswell. Our internet should be top class, its what we paid for, and I wanna see if i can find a solution elsewhere before I go and call for support. How can I fix this?

Added (1). so like an idiot i dropped my phone in the toilet. I reached in and grabbed my phone and it started glitching all over. I ran downstairs and prepared some rice and when i went to put my phone in rice it completely died! It would not let me turn it on at all… Do you think the rice will fix it? I have a gold ipone 5s that looks brand new. Just the one corner has a small dent in it. The icloud is not locked. The only problem with the phone is there's a hardware issue that is not fixable. It causes my iphone to restart multiple times a day and will sometimes go into a restarting loop for 5 minutes at the longest. It also will turn off sometimes that when I go to go on it I have to restart it. I was wondering if I could sell it on Ebay and get anything.
