Will I need a converter or adapter?

Need to be able to charge my iPhone. I'm going to the Philippines and our flight also stops in Japan. Should I get an adapter or a converter to be able to charge?

LG G4 or iPhone 6 Plus? Also why?

Not interested in waiting for the next iPhone and don't want to get a Samsung phone. It is for my mother.
Out of all the phones we have seen, we had selected these two phones, which is LG G4 and iPhone 6 Plus.

My mom likes iPhone because it is iPhone, but also likes G4 for its performance. We're just so confused, don't know which one to decide.

Actually mom wanted to choose iPhone 6 Plus but I told her that according to all the reviews I have seen online LG G4 is better. But on the other hand I also feel 6 Plus would be a better choice for her. Unfortunately I can get her only one of them. So which one to get in these two devices?

As I said before, we don't want to get a Samsung device, because we already have many Samsung device in home.

Added (1). I have shared an apple account with my mom for years until this icloud stuff was created. Now I created my own apple account because I don't want things on my phone to appear on my mom's phone. I'm trying to change the icloud in my phone to my apple account but the account is grayed out. I've scrolled to the bottom and clicked delete account but that doesn't do anything. I click delete and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Slow downloading speed on IPhone?

I just did a speed test on my home Wi-Fi and the results showed 35 Mbps but when I download movies on my 5s iOS 8, it shows 188kbps. Does anyone know why this is happening?

And it got here today and when you turn it on its like a new phone says hello in different languages but in the top left corner it says locked SIM I haven't got the new SIM card yet but what does that mean? Do you think when I take it out and put the new one in it will be fine?
