Is Nikon Coolpix S32 photo quality better than an iphone?

I'm looking for an affordable waterproof camera and found the Nikon Coolpix S32. I know this camera is geared more towards children, so I was wondering if the photo quality is ok? Is it better than an iphone? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just need a point of reference.
I'm also considering the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS25, which is much more expensive. I have heard that the camera quality on many rugged cameras is comparable and not much different, so would it be worth the extra money to go with the supposedly nicer camera?

Can you transfer Google Play apps to an iPhone?

I'm planning on upgrade my outdated Galaxy SIII to an iPhone 6. I was wondering if you could transfer all my purchases to my iTunes account. For example, I have VSCOCam, which is free, but I bought a set of filters for like $5.99. The App store has the same app but I just don't want to purchase it twice.

Can't make account on Quotev?

My friend showed me this website called Quotev where you can make quizzes and I wanted to do make quizzes with her but when I tried to make an account it says, "Sorry, registration is unavailable at this time."

I have looked at people having the same problem and it turns out their original accounts got deleted or hacked and the website tracks your IP address and blocks it, but I've never made an account before. I've tried on my laptop and on my iPhone but the same message comes up.

Can some please tell me what to do?

Buying an iCloud locked iPhone 5s?

I found this guy who is selling an iPhone 5s icloud locked online.
I emailed him asking if it was still available, and he said that is was.
If a purchase the item, I want to do it in a public shop or mall so there's no funny business.
I had an idea for him to sign an agreement, agreeing that the phone is not stolen and I also plan to voice record the transaction as evidence if it turns out to be stolen.

Can I get prosecuted if the police catch me in possession of the stolen device, even if I had no idea that is was stolen and I have the signed agreement?

Is it weird that I'm this fascinated with technology? I'm 15?

The fact that you can just tap a piece of medal and hit a button that sends your message instantly to someone who could be in China while you are sitting in your bedroom in the USA. Back in the 16 and 1700's, it would take months and months maybe even a year to get your letter to that person. I think it is amazing that I can be sitting in my room in Virginia while I can text my brother who is standing on the Golden Gate Bridge. Back then, it took months to get a letter over across the country! IMessage fascinates me the most. I can see when my brother, again he is in San Francisco, is typing on a piece of medal! What I mean by that is he is typing a message on his iPhone. I just think it is amazing that I can just see when he is taping a piece of medal. I know I'm repeating myself, but i just want to get my point across. I also think calling is amazing. The fact that you can just talk in to an inanimate object and a person who is halfway across the world can hear you almost instantly.

I feel alone on this. I asked my friend if he thought it was amazing that you could be sitting in a restraint and text someone who is across the country by just a hit of a button. He gave me a funny look and said "No. You sound like an old person."
