I bought the red iPhone 7plus from the Apple store (T-Mobile carrier) I want to switch carriers to boost but can't. Please explain why?
So i got this iphone from walmart. And it's Wi-Fi is slower than all hell. I had to get it because my iphone 5 was getting screwy and had cracks in it so i got a new phone. Sofar, the Wi-Fi's been sooo slow and i can barley load anything from the interweb or games or apps that runn off the Wi-Fi. Then i'll receive voicemails that can be days old just randomly showing up. I missed a very important interview because of it. Now i'm wondering who the hell has been trying to reach me!
So I was on my phone and suddenly I hear the calling ringtone and I feel my phone buzzing as if I got a call.
But there was no call.
And I could do what I wanted on my phone but it was still making the noise.
I have an iPhone 6s
Why did it do this?
I'm going to be buying an iphone 8 on craigslist and it is in supposedly like new condition. What caught my is that the seller is selling the phone for only $250 compared to the $400 that I'm seeing everywhere else.
My question is, what steps should I take in finding out it is a genuine iphone 8 and if it was stolen or not?
I delete a lot of pictures and old notes and messages. And yes, I also delete them from the recently deleted album.
I'm chinese… Yes being Chinese has something to do with this. My parents have really old iPads and won't get new ones. My first phone was a iPhone 4s and I still have that, my sister then gave me a Samsung note 3 on my 15th birthday. So I'm currently using that this year. Only problem is that the Wi-Fi stopped working a long time ago and the Bluetooth doesn't work either. So basically… I'm stuck with a now useless phone. I can't really afford that much because I'm a kid. No, I don't get allowance as I said again my parents are Chinese (they're cheap okay?) They rarely buy me things it's all my sister that has been supporting me and my younger brother with electronics and clothes. Etc. Our parents are pretty bad parents, always going to casino leaving us at home with the cheapest food like Mcdonalds. (She buys a bunch a 1 dollar burgers and call it a day) it's our meal for the whole day too. :/
So last night i was with my boyfriend and my phone was on the bed and the lube wasn't closed properly and i guess i ended up sitting on it and it went everywhere. I took my iphone case off and the lube was everywhere now whenever i play a video or someone rings i can't hear it properly even when its on the highest volume and sometimes when i plug my phone to charge it doesn't charge, i have to turn it off then turn it back on and itll show that its charging. Does anyone know how i can get this out of my phone?
After i get a job my parents told me i will have to start paying my own phone bill. I have an iphone xs max, how big will my bill be?
Help me please! I think if I wipe my phone and restore from backup it would fix this problem but I have iCloud photos and optimize iPhone storage turned on and am not sure how to back up and restore with those on without losing all my photos and videos. I usually backup with iTunes but since I'm using iCloud photos do I need to actually back up with iCloud?
I don't know what to do since the full res photos are in iCloud and I only have thumbnails on my phone.
I tried to press the home button to close out of a app and it didn't work no matter what I did It's getting very annoying to switch out of apps and I had to disable timing out so it wouldn't lock me out
