GIFs aren't working?

I have an iPhone 6 Plus, and lately, among a lot of other problems, my gifs haven't been working. I regularly go to Imgur and post pictures and gifs for their direct links so I can post them elsewhere. However, when I try to post a gif lately, the image does not move and is registered as an image. When I try out the link, the image still does not move. I've tried other sites, even GIPHY, to see if they work, and they still don't! Is it a problem with my phone, my storage, or the apps/sites? I'd adore an answer as soon as possible. If more information is needed, I'll be willing to give it as long as it isn't too personal.

Look i'm using my own account but i'm sharing it with family member each time they take a photo it show up on mine
