So i jailbroken my iPhone 5 using PanGu and installed a tweak. I had my passcode locked and first it went to safe mode. After few restart it went to 'boot loop' mode. Now all i see is apple logo on the screen. I tried everything. Like putting it on dfu mode or even black screen mode but my pc won't recognize my iphone. So i can't restore it using pc.

Last night my phone fell in the toilet. I immediately got it out and put toilet paper over the ends and sucked to try and get the water out. I was then out for a while, i turned my phone off but then needed to turn it on again to find my friends to get home. The screen took a long time to load (kept switching between the apple and black) but it used to do that quite a bit anyway. It did have what looked like water in the screen. Like from the top to middle of the screen
When i got home a put it in a plastic bag with rice but did not cover much of it. I also plugged it in to charge which I now Know was a bad idea.
Today i have moved it too a box filled with rice but i can't get the sim card out (i don't have the little key thing at uni with me) and when it eventually turned on was saying no signal and it said it was charging but did not change from 4%.
1. Has it short circuited (pretty sure if so thats it)
2. Is there anything else i can do/am i doing the right thing?

I lost the charger that came with the phone and resorted to using an old piece of cr*p from a blackberry phone. It did the job but my iphone 6 plus was taking like 10 hours to charge. I don't even sleep ten hours.
I looked up online why it was taking so long and everyone was telling me to buy a charger with more amps so I bought a 3amp charger and my phone started charging in just two hours which was great. So I thought more amps the better. I went on Amazon and found a USB power cable adapter which had usb on one end and one of those circular plugs on the other end to plug into adapters. Then I bought on of those male to female adapters.
I had a 20amp powersupply at 16v from an old amplifier. I plugged in the powersupply, then the usb cable, then the gender reversing adapter, then the iphone cord, and plugged it into my phone. The screen got hilariously bright and it was charging. I could actually see the percentage going up and the phone was getting really hot which I know means it is charging good. I thought I made a great invention until I heard a pop and smoke came from the phone.
Will apple cover this?
Whenever I don't have Wi-Fi and I try to text one of my friends with an iPhone i can't send it through iMessage so if I send it as an SMS message will it charge me an extra fee on my phone bill? (My phone plan has unlimited talk and text)
Through the course of the year, I've been wasting my life on candy crush. Me being a perfectionist I could never continue until I had the HIGHEST score out of all my friends and at least 3 stars. I got to about level 400 until everything reset. I punched my testicles in the wall and broke my iPhone I yelled really loud and got the police called to my house because someone called for a disturbance. What can I do with my life now? What game do I start playing next so that I can stop grabbing my testicles over candy crush? I heard clash of clans I might try that, but is there any better alternative?
