When I first got it I could get on the internet anywhere and now I can't. I have to be connected to Wi-Fi. My brother who is on the same plan as me had to get a new SIM card a while back bit I'm not sure why. If I turn off Wi-Fi and try the internet it says something like " could not activate cellular data" help?
I looked at the tabla general on my iPhone 6 plus but the screen is too small and i couldn't find chivas help please.
So my friend has a radio show on the station 91.7 on Tuesday night from 11pm-1am and I really want to listen to it. ITunes radio was no help because you couldn't type in a radio station, you have to type in an artist and it plays music by/similar to that artist, just like Pandora.
So how can I listen to it? Is there a good app I can use? I tried to google it and even tried an iPhone app but I could find the right 91.7 they were all from different areas even when I added my location to the search.
I feel so bad because I told him I would listen and I really want to listen and its already 12pm! The show is half over.
I have a non-smartphone on ATT currently and am looking to upgrade to an iPhone (still with ATT). I have a friend's old iPhone, so I don't need to purchase the device. My contract is at the end of this year however, and I'm not sure how this upgrade would affect my data plan.
I've heard that upgrading from a non-smartphone to a smartphone while the contract is still in effect makes the data plan extra expensive, because its charging me as if I were using a non-smartphone. Is this true? Do I have to wait until the ATT contract is up just to avoid exorbitant data fees?
Has anyone gotten the Iphone 6 with Att, Verizon, or Sprint?
Added (1). I want to know how much $$$ it comes out to for each carrier for the Iphone 6 unlimited plan
Added (2). I plan to sign up for a 2 year contract & pay the phone's cost & get the unlimited plan, but it all depends on how much each carriers' unlimited plan costs.
Got on my boyfriends phone and found a folder labeled "entertainment" and when I opened that it had various apps but one just said "hidden" and it was plain gray. I didn't click on it because I figured it had some sort of passcode w it.
I bought a third party iPhone 5 charger because I have bad experiences with the actual Apple ones. So i bought it and it lights up when connected to the wall, and it sometimes drains my battery. Also my phone says "this accessorry is not supported". How do I make this go away and how do I fix the draining of my battery?
I want to listen to music while I fall asleep, but if I set an alarm I wanna know if it'll go off through my headphones or not, and if It goes off through the speaker will the music stop?
I updated to iOS 8 a few days after the update released. A few days after that, my phone's battery has been draining at an alarming rate: as I wrote this question, the percentage went from 25 to 19. That's within roughly a minute to a minute and a half.
Furthermore, my phone's battery might go from 55% all the way down to below 20% in a cold room or on a hot day, so temperatures for some reason affect it, usually by draining battery like I said, or through several annoying system failures.
Any reason for the battery becoming so horrible all of a sudden? Is it the operating system? Or something else?
Lastly: no, I do not use battery-draining apps or cellular data much at all.
So I downloaded a few apps and it loaded completely in the app store and the "open" button is there, but when I click it, nothing happens. The apps aren't even showing up on my home screen. However, they are showing up in the 'purchased' section.
