I have a iPhone 4S and will be upgrading to the iPhone 6. When I do, I still want to have my old iPhone as a device to jailbreak while I my iPhone 6 secure.

I pre ordered the iPhone 6 with my premium business account on sprint. The customer service woman at told me over the phone that the billing cycle would be complete at the end of the month (with the send back of my current iPhone)
The normal shipping time for sprint is 2-7 weeks, so how long will mine take with the premium account

How to get my own Wi-Fi hotspot in my dorm?
So I go to school at the University of Arizona. I live in one of the newer dorms. Whenever I'm in the hallway on my floor, the Wi-Fi is very fast. However I live in a suite style dorm. So the minute I go into my room, my Wi-Fi signal is very low or the network will disappear. I''ve went to the IT people many times, they said I can't have a router or a repeater in my room. So I'm basically stuck with this stupid Wi-Fi. Is there a way (cheap) and sort of safe way for me to have my on Wi-Fi hotspot in my room? I don't want to buy a hotspot on my iPhone.

Do you still get the $200 refund for returning your old iPhone, if it's after September 30 that you receive your new iPhone? Most of the preorders you will not receive as late as November.
