IPhone 5s battery length vs iPhone 4?

I have had an iphone 4 for the past 2 years and has functioned really well for me. I'm going to upgrade and thinking about getting the iphone 5s but I have read the battery is not that great. Is it worse than the iphone 4 though?

How many pictures do i need to delete for ios8?

So, i have the iPhone 5s and i really want to get ios8. But it says I need at least 5.8 gb of storage and i have 2.9. All my pictures take up 4.4 gb and i need to know about how many pictures do i need to delete so i can have 5.8 gb?

My music deleted! What Should I do to recover it?

I have an iPhone 5s, and ios8 came out today. My tech savvy friend decided to install it on my phone, but in doing that, he deleted all of the music on my phone. How do i take the music that was deleted and transfer it over to my iTunes on my laptop? On my phone, the music still shows up, but it will only play connected to Wi-Fi, as the music is no longer saved. Is there any way to recover the music on my phone, or do i have to contact Apple to redownload it all oto my computer?

Can I switch to AT&T Next without early termination fee?

I have had a two-year contract with AT&T for my iPhone 4s since last year (July 5th, 2013). I want to purchase the iPhone 6 but I'm only about a year and 2 months into my contract. My online account says that my number is "AT&T Next eligible" but I'm still on my two-year contract. If I switch to AT&T Next 18 right now will I be charged an early termination fee since I'm on my two year contract still? Or will that be overlooked because I'm not leaving AT&T but am switching to AT&T Next? Thank you!

I'm on my parents shared mobile data plan. We don't use much data so we share 4GB if that makes any difference.

Can't get photos from old laptop off iPhone 5?

I have and old acer laptop and there are some photos from it that are on my iPhone 5 and it won't let me delete them from the phone and the laptop is too slow and keeps adding more pictures every time i try is there any way i can get them off using my mac or iPhone and if not how do i get them off from the old computer
oh and there's no delete button when i go into the pictures on my phone

I think I've been scammed on Craigslist?

I bought an iPhone for £350 on Craigslist through PayPal and I thought it was that his PayPal didn't have his name, It had 'Mr Smith' I sent it through goods and services, And anyway he said he will send it off for me and even gave me a tracking number, I opened it up and it was an empty phone box? I can't open a case as he has the the tracking number and will win? What can I do? I wanna go the police but I don't even know his name or address? If I call PayPal can they give me it? What are my options? £350 is alot of money to lose.

Juvinille theft charge punishment?

I was caught with a stolen IPhone 5s, while receiving an mip but at the time of my arrest I was not charged. Tomorrow I speak with a detective about the phone & I have court for the MIP I received, in 2 weeks. I'm 16 years old & have a criminal history of unrelated charges. What might my punishment be for the stolen phone? I go to Lincoln Hall of Justice in Detroit.
