Is the iphone 5c really only $79?

I looked at walmarts iphones and it said that the iphone is only $79 for the iphone 5c with a 2yr agreement contract. Is that the real price of the phone now? Or do you get charged a certain amount for the phone along with the contract?

Added (1). my sisters husband was an idiot and got my phone wet by pouring water on me knowing that I had my phone and I was dressed to go somewhere. I had it in rice and I blew dried my phone. The sound works but it still sounds weird when I send texts or receive them.

I have tried all day to manually put it in DFU mode and could not get it to and I found the automatic custom firmware in Redsn0w to get it to I tried that and the restored the phone with that created firmware it got halfway done and then an error popped up and the phone hasn't turned on yet I have tried holding the home and sleep button multiple times but the screen still stays black but my computer makes the connect and disconnect sounds though.

Added (1). For the past few hours, my phone has been acting up. I tried calling someone and it wouldn't ring. They then called me and I answered. I kept saying hello? But nothing happened. They then called my mom and they said they heard me, whereas I didn't hear a thing. What is happening?

I will state that earlier in the day I did the Ice Bucket Challenge and I accidentally kept my phone in my pocket. However, when I took it out of my pocket, it was completely dry. I took it out about a minute after. /:

I work at a recycleing plant and came across a apple iphone 4s and it look like in great condition so i bought it from them and bought a charger for it and turned it on it was wet so i put it in rice and let it do its thing so i got passed the lock screen because it had one and now i'm stuck on the activation mode where i need the apple id for it but i don't know what it was can someone help me with this?

Bluetooth Headphones won't connect to iPhone?

Last night I found a charger to them after a YEAR of losing mine. This morning when I turned them on, they automatically connected to my iPhone. I have to use wireless in my new school, so it made me happy.

I wanted to use them on my iMac, so on my phone I clicked 'Forget this Device' and ever since I have not been able to connect my headphones to anything. I've tried over and over on my iMac, iPad, and phone. It won't even come up. It just says 'searching' on all devices.

I've tried many different methods, and searched the web a lot, but I can't seek to find a solution.
