Is the iPhone 5s straight talk from Walmart factory unlocked?
I was wondering if the the iPhone5s straight talk from Walmart is factory unlock because I hear that straight talk has bad signal and if I can just put in a tmobile sim in it instead

I recently dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked. After about a month and a half the screen is getting worse. There's now a portion that is discolored and unresponsive to touch and sometimes it will open apps or type with out touching the phone at all. If I got a new phone to fix the crack, would the other problems go away as well?
I recently acquired a used Iphone 3GS from a friend, who said it worked fine. And it does, but it won't hold a charge. While it's plugged in, it works great, but when I unplug it, the battery dies within minutes, sometimes seconds. If I don't use the phone at all while it's unplugged, it'll stay on for the normal amount of time. But if I try to do anything, play games, use the internet, call, text, etc. The battery dies, and it won't turn on again until I plug it back in. The battery says it has full charge. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
Everytime I turn on my iphone (and powering it on too) my screen goes green for.2 seconds and then shows my slide to unlock screen. It is a glitch and I don't know what to do.
I.e. 5s 16GB in India - Rs 42,000

Control my music via my iphone?
So I'm buying an iPhone 6 this year… But I have a spending limit, which is $1400. Do you think that the one with the biggest screen will pass $1400? What do the rumours say? I read that there will be an 4.7 inches and an 5.5 inches model and I want the 5.5 inches one…
So, I live in Europe. I want to buy the best iPhone 6 as soon as it comes out. By "best" I mean I want the most GB, the best screen, the biggest size. This is what I understand by best anyway, but other people have different opinions, so please don't start an argument, I respect your opinion, please respect mine.
Anyway, I would like to know what the expected price will be for an unlocked iPhone with the stuff I like (biggest size, biggest screen etc). IMPORTANT! Not for an iPhone with a carrier plan, but an UNLOCKED iphone. I'm too lazy to look through all the rumours to find out what the expected price will be. (I know it's impossible to know for sure or anything, I'm just wondering about the expected price).
Also, my MAIN concern is, should I order it from apple.com (and have some friend who lives in a country which supports delivery from apple get it to me) or should I get it locally? Because local sellers are known to add way too much over the prices that apple has. Why shouldn't I just get it from Apple then?
Thank you in advance for all the information ^^
Added (1). ACTUALLY what I'm saying is that there's an advantage… For example, when the iPhone 5S first came out, I remember that local sellers offering it at much higher prices than the apple website… There was at least an 100$ difference which had me shocked back then and led me to believe that there must be some difference. This is why I'm asking, since I'm no expert and I don't want to make any mistakes (it isn't a cheap phone either so if it doesn't work for me I'll be f***ed)
I'm wondering what will be lost after I update my iphone 5. I want to keep my messages, voice recordings, contacts, and notes. I also have some apps that have data saved on them such as a journal app and game apps with high scores. Will I lose all that if I have to reload the apps again?
Hey okay so here's the problem. My desktop was sent to get repaired then when i got it back, itunes was gone so was all of my songs and all. So i installed iTunes back from the apple website then i logged into my apple ID and stuff. But all of my songs are well basically gone but iphone still do. So what I do? I tried backing it up but nothing happened.
