How come my FaceTime doesn't work?

I have an iphone 5 and my sister has an iphone 5 we live in different states and we both tried to FaceTime for the first time, well it was a complete failure, it didn't work, it wasn't until an hour later all of a sudden it said she was trying to FaceTime and the calling icon popped up, so I guess the real question is can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Why is my iphone 5 stuck in a recovery mode loop?

I dropped it in the toilet for about 2 second and then quickly pulled it out (i know it was stupid) but then i washed it off cause it was covered in pee. I took it apart and i put it in a bag of rice for a day. Then i blew it out with an air Compressor. I put it back together and plugged it in. I was wondering if anyone knew about any third party apps or anything that will help.

Iphone 4 speakers crackling?

Just a few hours ago my iphone speakers started making a weird crackling sound, I tried I play music but when it plays the weird sound plays with it, even when some calls me it makes a weird sound with the ringtone, I don't know if the person who calls me can hear it but it still sounds weird when anything that invokes the speakers sound weird and crackly.

If anyone knows what's wrong or how to fix it tell me, I would really appreciate it.

Watching Scary Movies on iPhone?

Watched The Exorcist on iPhone yesterday in the dark alone. Wasn't scared. Actually laughed at a lot of parts. Does iPhone watching take away the scary experience? Want to watch The Ring but don't want to watch on iPhone if it'll take away the scares.

Spilled milk on my iPhone 5 and now it won't turn on?

I've dropped my iphone 2 times in the toilet and one time in a puddle of water on the street but I have always saved it by putting it in rice and it has worked all those times. Last night, I left it charging on my table next to my bed and I also left an unfinished glass of milk next to it (bad idea), I don't know how it happened but I guess while I was sleeping I knocked the glass over and the milk spilled all over my phone while it was still plugged in the outlet. I woke up and the milk was all dried on my phone, I tried turning it on but no luck. I put it in rice in the morning and its been there the whole day but I don't think it will work this time. I've been searching for a solution around google but everyone suggests putting it in rice and I've already done that. Is there anything I can still do to save my phone? Btw, I don't have any kind of insurance. I have a 2 year contract with sprint that expires in November. My family doesn't want to renew the contract so I can't upgrade and I don't want to pay full price for a phone because I'm pretty broke right now. Also can't cancel my contract because I will have to pay a fee. Does my phone have any hope?

Can my iTunes purchases work away from Wi-Fi?

Okay so I'm new to the iPhone here. I'll be on a plane soon as well as long road trips in my vacation and since there's no Wi-Fi, could I still be able to watch shows and movies I downloaded from iTunes on my iPhone?
