Why won't iTunes download songs to my computer?

I bought a few songs on my iphone and when I tried to download the songs to my computer it wouldn't work.

At first it showed the songs in my library but when I tried to download them it said my computer wasn't authorized. I authorized the computer and the songs disappeared.

In the itunes store it shows the songs as purchased but they're not there. I've tried a few methods that I've read about to fix the problem but none of them have worked.

Added (1). I believe on of the methods had something to do with the songs being 'hidden' and I had to look at my apple I.D. Info or something but all I know is it didn't work.

How to stop being upset over this, i feel like i'm being rude?

So i have an iphone 4. Whenever i call my friend who has T-mobile ( i have Verizon) it hangs up whenever i talk to him. I don't press end and it never says call failed. He tried calling me back but i never get them and when i call him he never gets them. I'm sure he is probably trying to call me back now since he said he would. I just feel so down about this. I feel like its being rude when my phone randomly hangs up and then we can't get in contact. I feel like crying about that and i actually was before. This guy is my best friend, i don't want to lose him over something stupid.

Added (1). how can i stop feeling like i'm being rude? I'm not purposely doing it, my phone does it by itself and i feel terrible its happening, i want to throw my phone at the wall.

What happened to all the storage on my iPhone?

I recently took advantage of the iCloud so that I could add all the music on my computer to my phone, so as I attempted to connect all my music, only some it was acute ally downloaded onto my phone, and I was alerted that I hade no more space left. So I ended up purchasing more storage ($20 worth) and I'm still not able take pictures, view Snapchats and download anymore music. In my settings it says that the total storage is 15.0 GB, and I have 14.2 GB available so I don't understand why it's saying "disk full".

Whenenver i want to take a picture of myself using the front camera, the picture flips to like a mirror image. Like if i take of picture when i'm on the right it would flip to the left. How do i stop this.

Added (1). I have an old AT&T iPhone 4 from a friend of a friend, so there's no way I can get AT&T to unlock it for me. I want to use this internationally. I NEED AN EASY AND FREE Way TO UNLOCK THIS PHONE
