I just got my iphone 4s and sim card from fido. I don't want to start my plan yet, but will i get billed if I put my sim card into my phone? I can't even get through through the start up of my phone because it says i need to insert a sim card.
My friend is selling me her iphone 5. It's factory unlocked from verison, but she was on tmoblie service. I use straight talk and you can bring your own phone, you just have to buy the nano sim. I bought a tmobile compatible nano sim, assuming since she was on tmoblie service, she bought it from them. Should this be a problem or is this okay?

So i'm new to iphone and don't really understand data yet. Anyways, so I have kik on my iphone. I know if I don't open it without Wi-Fi, I won't get charged for data usage. But if someone texts me/ get a notification, will I be charged if I don't open the app? Like will the notification charge me?

Can iPhones bluetooth connect to Androids?
Added (1). I have both the iPhone 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S3, and I was wondering can the iPhone's bluetooth connect to the Samsung's? I've been trying to find a way to transfer all my contacts, pictures, music, and etc… To the Samsung, but every time I try to connect both phones, it doesn't go through. So I was wondering can Apple bluetooth to Android?
Is my iphone completely broken?
