Literally just wondering I don't even have an iphone but these questions just bother me. If you lost your phone (for real) and got a replacement and then months later found it. What would you do?

I can't use iTunes because my moms iPod is old and we can't update it since her music is on there. I can't backup using just my phone because says "not enough space." Really annoying me and aggravating… How can I save my photos and videos not using iCloud or iTunes?

Added (1). It is an iphone 5 with the latest version of iOS 7. I have not changed any settings on it, I've been using it like I always have, yet one day it just started draining battery extremely fast, and now it is losing battery AS I'm charging it.
I was brought to this version of earth which is not the same as before. My real body was taken and put in some kind of unit like a life support system and hooked up to some kind of computer. I know this happened as i woke up inside that box. Then smoke came in through a vent in front of my face and i woke up again in this simulation universe. I know its not the same as the real universe. Now i think my real body has been killed and i'm now just software. I was warned that this would happen. I collapsed 4 times and woke up outside bleeding from a long cut on my head. Everyone i knew before has changed. Is there any way back to the real universe? What is going to happen to me when i die? Its like I have been disconnected and inserted into my own solipsistic dream. When this first started three years ago i was arrested without charge and the police took my DNA then i was thrown into a mental home. There was a nurse in the mental home who looked like a combination of me my wife and daughter. Seemed so strange he moved like my wife and had her personality. I called my wifes number on my iphone and that nurse immediately answered looked at the phone saw it was me and ended the call every time i called he would pick up his phone. Then he put his phone on the charger i called it again several times every time i called i swear his phone lit up. I was released from the mental home after several months. I have never had any history of mental illness all my life before this started.

Okay, my family & I have a spare Black AT&T iPhone 4s. My boyfriend has straight talk & he has an android. He's gonna do some work for my dad & if he does a good job, he can get the phone. Can he even use it? I really want him to have it because he's been wanting an iPhone for a while & his family doesn't have a lot of money.
Okay, so. I had my Iphone for a long time now and it came yesterday. My Iphone runs out of battery quick, and when I charge it I have more than 6%. It shuts down A LOT, and i get so frustrated, Please help?
