Is it possible to get a cheap iPhone 5s?

Okay I know I sound cheap right now cx
But I really want an iPhone 5s for Christmas (it's summer wtf am I thinking? I don't even know tbh) & my phone company is with Verizon I checked on their cell phone plan for the 5s (in gray which would be the color I prefer) & it's a 2 year contract for a 16 gb for only $149.99 but I only have $100 & I'm the kind of person that really sucks at saving money.
Is their any other plans or company's where I can get it for less? Can I get this phone cheaper by December?

What do I do about this Iphone?

My step dad bought me an Iphone off of craiglist today and it was in basically new condition and came with a life proof case that had some wear on it so it's been obviously used. Well we figured she'd been useing it and just upgraded but when I went to sync it with my Itunes accound it said that it was lost and erased while also having a phone number on it, it also said I had to log in with the account that had erased it in order to use it. What do I do? I already payed around 300 for the whole set and i'd really like to be able to use it because there's no way anyone would repay all that for the phone back and also I bought it from a lady in Alabama (I live in northern Florida) but the area code to the number attached was from Georgia. What can I do? Can I still use it?

Added (2). By the way, no, I did not steal it. So if we have no choice but to go to the cops then at least we do have the proof in facebook messages. And if we do give it back, can the police get our money back since there's proof that we actually bought it from them?

Why is 'Sprint' written in ebay descriptions of iphones?

What's Sprint? I'm looking to buy a new iphone and the majority of the ones on ebay have "sprint" written in their title description. What does this mean? Is it a mobile carrier or something? Like a version of Telstra?

Will apple give me a refurbished iphone?

Last night, it had a small black spot and overnight it grew and now it's a big black spot that's the size of an American quarter with purple, yellow, blue, and orange around it. I know it's a dead pixel but will Apple replace it for a refurbished one? I talked to an apple person on chat and they said this is very unusual. And will I have to pay a lot of money? I don't have apple care and the warranty expired but I heard they could still replace it for a refurbished one.

I can't connect my laptop to my Wi-Fi?

I was watching YouTube videos and it stopped loading so I disconnected my Wi-Fi. When I tried to connect it again it wouldn't connect. So, I pressed forget this network. Then, when I tried to connect it again the network disappeared completely. I don't even have the option to connect to it. And I'm connected on my iPhone right now, so it's not the Wi-Fi that isn't working. I also tried restarting the router and it didn't work. Can anybody help?

Cydia disappeared on pangu jailbreak?

I downloaded a slider but it didn't work so I uninstalled it but it said it was unsafe to continue and I continued anyways. Now cydia disapeared from my homescreen and I'm thinking of jailbreaking again but with a different program, can I jailbreak a phone running on pangu untethered with another jailbreak program? It's an iPhone 5c with ios 7.1.2 btw. Or is there a way I can get cydia back on my phone without having to jailbreak it again? All of my tweaks and themes are working fine. And I tried installing cydia with a link on ifile but that didn't work.
