How to find my silenced iPhone?

I have tried the Find My iPhone thing, but it needs prior setup before losing it and being the genius I'm I didn't do that. I have been searching for my phone for the past 2 hours and I have retraced more times than I can count… I've tried calling it but I'm pretty sure it's on silent… Is there any way I can make it ring or something without needing the actual phone to install something onto it?

Please help me! I need it as soon as possible, I have something super important on my phone I need fairly quickly!

IPhone 4s Stuck on startup at Icloud password?

So a family member of mine bought an iPhone 4s online and came to find out someone screwed it all up. I bought it for 20 bucks… Figured it couldn't hurt… It's stuck on the start up screen. Select language, country and Wi-Fi network. As soon as I set that up, it asks for an icloud account and there's no possibility of ever finding out what the account login is. I only want the phone to play with on Wi-Fi. I'm not looking to turn the phone on with service. I was wondering if there's any way possible of bypassing this or should I just throw it in the trash? Because I really won't try to re-sell it to pawn the problem off onto some1 else and its not gonna sit around and collect dust. I'll toss it. Just looking for opinions…

No way to connect it to my computer and wipe it clean or downgrade it to Ios 6 and start over?

and no it's not a stolen phone. I have no problem putting up the meid, phone number, and model/serial number online… Apple says there's nothing they can do for me, or so the "Online Chat" person said so…

Iphone 4s screen keeps spazzing out?

I have the iPhone 4s and it was all good in the beginning then for some reason whenever I were to go to front camera for anything, the screen would spazz out. So i held the Top and home button to shut it off hoping that after a few hours it would be ok again. But now not only does it flicker when i open the front camera A LOT, now even both my background photos are blurry and the actual screen flickers a little too sometimes. How do i fix this? D

IPhone 5s overheated while charging?

Last night my phone was charging by my bed and I woke up in the middle of the night to a buzz so I checked and got that temperature warning and my phone was extremely hot to the touch! It was scary and that's never happened before. I wasn't even using it?

Will Apple fix my LCD screen under warranty?

I have an iPhone 4s, that I bought around a month ago. It is under warranty. I have been having issues with the phone since the day I received it in the mail. One being that I get dial tones and/or other static-y noises at the beginning of all outgoing and incoming calls, usually for about 2-3 seconds. The phone also randomly dies, even if it has 15, 20 sometimes even 30 percent battery left. The biggest issue I've ran into is the front screen of the phone popping off. Not completely, but enough to notice. The way I can tell when it happens is because the home button will feel weird, like majorly indented and then light can be seen coming out through the side of the phone. The problem is that each time this happens the screen would get little crack-looking disturbances or just discolored all over, and then tonight it popped out AGAIN while I was talking to my mom and then screen went black and the phone just started making a weird bonging sound over and over. For lack of a better term, I'm pissed.
The phone itself is perfect. No scratches, no dents, nothing. It's always been in a case.

My husband is adamant that I'm wasting my time because Apple will not replace an LCD screen, but obviously the phone has had issues since I received it and it's not anything that I did! I spoke to a very nice representative who made an appointment at the Apple Store to have it checked out. Has anyone had any luck with getting something like this taken care of under warranty?

Is my iPhone beyond water-damage repair?

I arrived at my friend's pool during my fraternity's meeting was pushed in (with my permit and iPhone 5s). The two people that pushed me are friends, one of them less than the other. The latter one keeps blaming the first one for pushing him onto me, but I explicitly remember him holding me as he fell in.

Anyway, I have both a moral dilemma and a technical one. There's no way I can afford to fix my iPhone 5s or get a new one. Apple will charge me $300 to repair it. I want them to pay for it, but I don't want to lose their friendship. I've asked, and the first one, my closer friend, responded and is trying to help, while the second one is pretending to be confused, like he doesn't know what I'm talking about (I have 20+ witnesses).

Anyway, two questions… What should I do about repairing my phone? I can't possibly afford it, and I kept a bunch of invaluable stuff on my phone that isn't synced to the Cloud; so it's important that I get it fixed, but I don't know how to make them pay for it? I don't want to lose their friendships.

Second question: Can it be repaired? It was in the pool for 5-7 seconds. It doesn't turn on. I don't know if the LCD was fried, or if the whole unit itself was. Can it get repaired? I wouldn't want to waste $60 on an evaluation, or $120 on a shop to fix it, just to learn that it can't be fixed. I mean, I could pay $300 for Apple to fix it (guaranteed; if not it's replaced), but that would be so much more money.

Why won't my computer or itunes pick up my itouch?

I've had this problem for a while. Before, my computer had no problem picking up my itouch or my iphone. Just today, after I got my computer back from sending it in, it finally picked up my phone. But for some reason, it still won't pick up my itouch. There's nothing wrong with my itouch cord but my computer and my iTunes won't pick up my Ituoch. It doesn't even charge it. What should I do?! I'm literally going crazy.
