How to return a found iphone to its owner?

I found an iphone 5s and it has a password on it, I'm trying to figure out a way to return it to the owner but I can't call or text because the phone has a password on it, any tips will help, thanks

IPhone 5 charger getting hot? - 1

It is an official iPhone charger which came with the phone and i have noticed the problem from yesterday. The charger gets really hot, even when i'm not using the phone while it is charging. Yesterday while charging my phone, the phone itself was getting quite hot as well as the charger but i put this down to me using the phone while it was charging.

Today, i kept the phone in a well ventilated area and didn't really use it while charging. It was cool for the most part however the charger was burning hot again. This was after about 5 minutes of charging. I don't want to keep charging my phone if it could cause damage/fire. Any thoughts? Should i just buy a replacement charger?

Connect to internet through usb on dial up computer?

So my grandfather passed away some years ago. By chance I was going through some things and saw his old desktop tower. I have set it up and it works well, runs Windows XP Home Edition. The computer however only connects to the internet via dial up connection. I was trying to tether my iPhone with a USB to get on the internet that way but can't set up a network that works. Any help with getting connected without the use of a Ethernet cable is welcome thanks.

Removing a Battle.net authenticator?

Recently i got a new iPhone so the authenticator on my old phone got erased after i forgot to copy it over. I tried to do Blizzard's "Do It Yourself Authenticator Remover" except the problem is i have over protective parents who won't let me just give my Birth Certificate or Passport to a company they arent familiar with, i've tried the live and phone chat but i just stay on the phone for hours and keep getting redirected. Is there a way to remove the authenticator on my account WITHOUT going on my account or filling out the DIY Authenticator Removal? If so please help.

How to put my iPhone back to the way it was?

So I went to download the most recent system update (version 7.1.2) when it told me to plug it into iTunes. When I did, iTunes said that i had to restore my iPhone. I have about 20 pictures that i hadn't put on my computer yet so I didn't want to lose them. I unplugged my phone and turned it off but when I turned it back on it still told me to plug into the computer. Is there a way to get it back, or am I screwed?
