I bought an Iphone 4 from my friend. It worked fine and was on verizons prepaid plan. She told me to reset it through itunes so i could take her stuff off of it. I did and now its not getting any service only Wi-Fi… What do i do?
I recently downloaded an app that I have downloaded before and it's not appearing on my home screen. I have plenty of free space and my phone screens aren't full. The app shows as downloaded on the App Store but when I press 'open' nothing happens and I can't find it on my search either, any suggestions?
When I try to connect to a new Wi-Fi that's just been set up in my house, my iPhone attempts to connect to it, but it keeps giving a swirling loading sign. I've waited for about 20 minutes for it, but it won't work. I've forgotten the network and reconnected to it, but it still doesn't work. What should I do to fix it? I know I typed the password in correctly.

I uprgraded my iphone 4 to the 5s (the 4 broke) around Christmas time and now I can't buy anything off of it, I have to go on my computer and then transfer it. Everytime I try to buy something on my phone, it asks for security questions which I don't have the answers for And the Change the answers I need to answer the questions!

My iphone 4s for the past month has been having issues. The back of it is cracked but it's been like that for the past 4 months.
Basically one day my microphone won't work (people calling me won't hear me speak) one day, and the next it will work. And its the same with my front camera, one day it will work, and one day it won't open at all.
I dropped my iPhone 4s and about 35 percent of the bottom half of my screen won't work, The rest up has no problem. I turned it off and back on and still doesn't work. Taking to AT&T tomorrow but if possible need to fix tonight.
So I recently changed my iPhone 4s screen and everything was fine. And now about a month later a part of the screen stopped working. The exact part is if you go to the calculator and turn it to landscape mode mr, 10x, log10, EE, and Rand. So I opened up my phone took everything apart and put it back together and it's still not working. I also restored my phone. Is there anything else I can do? I drop it once in a while but it's in a case and I didn't drop it and it stopped working if just stopped out of no were.
I had an iPhone 4s and it got stolen so i need a new phone. My contract ends in December and since its June, I should have my upgrade by now considering that Imade my last contract a year and a half ago. I use AT&T and I want to get a 5s now? Am I eligible? How does this work? My dad told me I would have to pay retail price ($500) but I don't believe. Will it be retail or regular and do i make another 2 yeAR contract? Someone please explain this to me?
