I read online about a bunch of people getting their iphones in like 2-4 weeks or that nonsense but that was when the 5s first came out I guess. This is my first iphone and I was wondering how long it'll take to actually get my iphone if I ordered it on sunday which I know isn't a business day. Is it possible I'll get it tomorrow? If not what's the average time it'll take?
Couple days ago i try buying a iphone 5s full price, 400 cash and the rest my credit card. However the guy in tmobile said i could only put down 400 and come back the next day and pay the rest and take my new iphone 5s. Can do that? I have tmobile account i just wanted to upgrade a new phone?

I bought a iphone 4s 16gb from a private individual who i met through craigslist. I paid her via bank transfer and now the parcel is lost in transit, i assume because its been 10 days. The seller didn't send it on tracked or signed for delivery, just a normal first class parcel. She lives 32 miles away from me, hence we decided to do bank transfer. I can't go upto her because she lives outside of london and i live inside. Can i go to small claims court and claim for my money back.

I currently don't have a phone at all since my previous one broke ( water damage ). I'm not sure if I should wait a few more months or just get the iphone 5s at the full price right now. I'm not in desperate need of a phone but it certainly would be nice to have one.
