IPhone ERROR 21 after attempted restore, see below? Please?

Basically my phone died for no reason while i was on it, then the apple logo came up and that was all, after plugging it in via power point it told me to plug into itunes, after doing that it became clear all i need to do was restore it… Then when i began to restore it, Error 21 came up and eventually another number after that. I have tried, DFU mode, disabling all security systems, switching hosts files, updating all software and all operating systems, using a different laptop, then a different cable. And nothing, nothing worked.

I spent well over 4 hours on this, my iphone is a very important object in my life, even for work, and i don't know what to do, i don't have alot of money and wouldnt want to spend it on this because seems to me some people are managing to resolve this issue yet i'm not getting any further issues but the problem isn't cured. Help me please, needless to say i'm panicking and thinking my life is over. Its an iphone 4, i have a windows 8 laptop. Anyone for the love of God have an answer to this?

I smashed up my screen my iPhone 4 quite badly. Everything works perfectly fine, my notifications still work, all my data is fine, it charges up, my speakers everything. Even though i'm getting a new phone in November, i still want a phone in good condition.

I live in the US and me and my family are going on a trip to Nepal. Since my phone has unlimited data, I can do anything anywhere on my phone. The pnly question I have is that will this all work as the same in Nepal? Will I still be able to text, facetime, call people, and use the internet. Please help me. Can I track someone who has my debit card even though it is a cancelled card?

So I believe someone may have stolen my purse I has my wallet with my birth certificate, social security car, my license a cancelled bank of America card with no money and my iphone. Yes I have already tried to track my phone with icloud and it is saying its offline (my phone is dead) so tracking it is useless, I would like to know maybe the person was trying to use my card would there be a way to track it?

Surround sound bluetooth speakers?

I'm looking for some bluetooth speakers that are able to connect to my iPhone. The problem is obviously I can only connect to one bluetooth system. I'd like to be able to connect to a device that has, say, three different speakers in different parts of the room for more of a surround sound. The only thing I know of is the sonos system and frankly that's just too expensive for me. Is there any other system that's relatively cheap with decent sound quality?

Lost the sound on my Iphone 4S?

So everything was working fine, sound was on and full, not on silent and I was watching a video on my youtube app and all off a sudden my sound cuts out. Now no matter what app or video I play there's no sound to it, facebook, youtube, instagram, even my music on my phone doesn't play. When i go onto the music to try and play a song the volume bar is like in a grey colour and doesn't move when you click it.
Everything else plays, like my alarm or if I get a message or a call, it still makes sound but when I unlock and lock my phone the sound has gone on that too! Anyone know what to do?

How much should a teen spend on their first car?

So I'm 15 and have my permit. I'll go take my driver's test in September and I'd like a car of my own. It's not an independence thing or something like it. My parents would be more than happy to lend me their cars but my dad has a Nissan Titan and my mom a Suburban. I don't drive very well with bigger cars so I'd like something small of my own.

I'm planning to get a summer job in June and save about $300 a month for my car. What I'd LIKE is a new Hyundai Elantra which is about $16-17K at the local dealer. Is that too much for a first car? What do you think a teen should spend on their first car? Both new and used? Also, what do you think is a good first car?

(note: I'd probably pay a majority of the car. I usually buy all my material items with saved up allowance. I've bought my laptop and iPhone)

Can a kik messenger user hack my iphone camera?

I was on my new iphone on kik messenger recently, and some random girl popped up, sent me a picture, and asked me to send a live one which is where you take the picture on the spot rather than pick one from the iphones gallery. After some hesitation i just sent one. The person then sent a message back saying they were going to hack my iphone camera. Was clearly someone pretending to be this hot chick.
I have reset my kik messenger account as i don't have much use for it anyway. Done a factory reset on my phone, and reset the password on my apple id.
I'm still paranoid as hell that some weirdo could be looking at me through my from camera on the phone… Might be a stupid question but is that even possible?

Should I buy iPhone 5s or wait for 6?

I know this is a for sure Yes answer, but I'm currently using iPhone 3GS, probably think I'm a really cheap person, but I like it. Anyways should I just get iPhone 5s and not wait for 6.
I live in Taiwan and we get the iPhone later than people that live in America. My 3GS is fine, except for battery, internet is sloe that I barely browse the web. I'm just using it to text and call. My girlfriend keeps insisting I just buy it and not wait until maybe February. We get iPhone about 3 months later or even longer than the rest of the world. Also there's a waiting list. What do you guys think? It's a dumb question and obvious answers but I'd like to hear that I should wait, but I'll need to wait another half year or longer which feels like a really long time.
