If I get the iPhone 5c for Verizon Wireless?

Ok so i want an iPhone but I don't want to have the lay the full like $500-$600 for it so… On the verizon wireless website and it says if you get a 2 year plan you only have to pay 100 bucks for it. But it seems way to good to be true. So my question is if i get that plan will i still have to pay the remaining 400 or whatever dollars?

Anyone got one that works? I've tried a bunch of weed firm cheats but all of them seem to have errors. There's was 1 weed firm hack that i had last week but it was patched unfortunately, and i'm about to be out of cash and running low on weed. Unlocking iPhone for use in Russia?

I currently live in Russia, but will be coming home to America in July to visit, and am thinking of buying a new iPhone when I'm there.

I currently have an iPhone 4s that works in Russia (not in America of course) because it has a Russian sim card in it.

Is it really impossible to use an iPhone if it's not unlocked? The unlocked ones are so much more expensive. Is it expensive/problematic to have a phone unlocked?

Any recommendations on my best option?

Why won't my iMessage notification work on my iphone 4?

So i got a free iphone 4 from my work and it is all up to date. IOS 7, the newest version. Whenever I text to someone, the iphone won't notify me if someone texted, even though i went to setting and turned on everything. The notification works for snapchat and a couple of other apps…

Here is what i did setting>notification center>Messages> alert style: Banner> everything else is switched on…> Show alerts from everyone
