Every single one of them has stopped working so that I can only hear music in one earphone and not the other. I can't contact apple to complain because apparently you have to pay to do that!
Do other non apple earphones work on an ipod? I don't want to pay like £25 for a set of earphones that is going to break in a week when I can pay £2.50 for a better pair that isn't apple.

I've been with eBay for awhile and have accumulated 100% positive feedback.
Recently, I posted a iPhone that was icloud locked with bad ESN. This phone hadn't been paid for by contract so is that's why its in that condition. I listed FOR PARTS ONLY and included it in the description as well as the title.
After the buyer pressed "buy it now" I sent him a message BEFORE the payment reminding him of his purchase of a icloudlocked and bad ESN iPhone.
He now wants to return but the eBayer protection program says I only have to return if the item is not as described. Told him many times that I won't be able to give him a refund.
Today, I received the phone back in the mail. He hadnt opened a case or anything.
What are my options? I can't refund because the money is already spent. I'm also tired of eBay so will most likely close my account after this problem is solved.
