What's the best network for iphone5 for data?

I'm currently on a plan with vodafone for 250 MB of data a month with free all network texts for 20 euro a month. I got an iphone a few days ago and already my 250MB of data is gone and i have no credit left and don't know how it all went. I use the Wi-Fi when i'm at home and i use apps like facebook and snapchat alot. I can't afford spending so much on credit and then it just being eaten away so which plan is best for an iphone 5 on any network on pay as you go?

My iphone 5s had blue screen and now it won't turn on. How can i fix this?

My phone has been having blue screen for about a week and itll go blue and shut off, but when i did the hard reset (holding down home button and lock button) it would come back on but sometimes i would have to do it a few times for it to finally come on. So last night i tried to restore it with itunes but it wouldnt work so i unplugged it and it turned off. Now it will not turn on at all, the apple icon comes on as long as i'm holding the lock button but as soon as i let it go it goes away, and if i keep holding it then after 15 seconds it shuts off by itself. Please please please help me!

I'm so obsessed sketching and predicting apple products because Steve jobs motivated me to draw and decide what would be a perfect iphone sorry if its kind of dumb but any ideas its a 4.5" tall iphone 6 with a 4.7" screen at a resolution of 1920X1080P and ppi is 468 and has a 12MP camera. Should I buy a camcorder for holiday?

I'm going on holiday in about a months time for 3 weeks and I was wondering if I should buy a camcorder for holiday or just use my iPhone 4S to record stuff? I'm not really in a position to dish out a ton of money of fancy hardware, but I'd still like a good piece of machinery for occasional use.
Is an iPhone 4S good enough to record my outings?
Are there any good, decent camcorders which are under £60?

Also, is an iPhone 4S good enough for capturing pictures? I don't intend on buying a digital camera but if the iPhone isn't good enough, then I suppose I'll have to.

My iPhone went from 10.8 to 1.3?

My iPhone had 10.8GB on it yesterday and today my friend took my phone and took like 600 photos and when he was done doing that my GB went down to 1.3 I got rid of the photos and it's still at 1.3 does the iPhone keep the data even though the photos are gone?

New iphone battery still drains super fast?

I have an iphone 4, as of last weekend the battery life drained like 2% every two to three minutes. I bought a new battery since then but it's doing the same thing. I was wondering if it was the screen that effecting it because it is badly broken. Parts a chipped off, or maybe something inside the phone that's causing it
