How to enable the ring/mute button on my iPhone 4?

In class, one of my friends thought it would be funny to turn off the mute on my phone. He didn't break the button, but when its on ring or mute, it always rings. I had to go the rest of the day with it ringing in all my classes -.- I told him to fix it but he said he forgot how to.

He didn't open my phone because he doesn't know my password (at least I hope he doesn't) so how could he have possibly disabled my mute button? The only access that he would have while my phone is locked is the flashlight, volume, clock, calculator, camera, and the other things on the white thing that slides up. There's no option for the ring/mute button, is there?!

Anyways, I've been looking everywhere in my settings and I can't seem to fix my problem, can anyone here please tell me how to enable my silence button? Thank you.

P.s: again, the button is NOT broken.

Would I have to declare an iPhone at customs?

I'm heading out to the US. After some research, I can buy an american iPhone 5S (unlocked contract free) for £385 (currency converted), a saving of around £165 from the UK model (I've asked around and it works on the UK carrier I'm on). Anyway, I know for items under £390 you need to declare at customs at the airport. The UK price of this is over £390, but the american one is not (where I'm buying it, it's under £390). Would I need to declare this to customs at the airport? If so, then there's no point in me buying it because when they add all the charges it won't be worth it.

Thanks.

Added (1). I'm going from USA > UK, so it's UK customs!

Difference between quad core processor and 32/64 bit processor?

I heard the iphone 5 and 5c have 32 bit processors? Does that mean they have gHz as well or is that worked out in a different way in the 32/64 bit processor? I heard 5s has 64 bit making it twice as fast as 32 bit.

Also, what do you think will happen once the limit is reached for processors in smartphones? I mean, you could go faster and faster but up to a point you increasing the speed will have no real purpose because we can only process the information on the screen (with our eyes and brains) so fast… You know what I mean?

What's happening to my iphone 5?

I don't remember doing anything to it and don't think I got water on it or anything, but for a few days, all of a sudden the button on the top doesn't work very well and I have to press it like 5 times and sometimes hold it for a while to get the screen to turn off. Also, just now, I went to open my phone and you know how you have to swipe right to unlock, well it wouldn't let me swipe it. Like I tried to swipe it and it just wouldn't go. And there's nothing visibly wrong with the screen. I've had this phone for about 2 years. Why is this stuff happening?

I really hate dickies and dockers cause the pants are baggy and they always touch the ground cuasing them to rip and a waste of 60 bucks, levis has always worked for me plus they look like khakis that you have to wear, I know the manager and I work with his brother that is my age so I don't think I'll get in trouble

Do I have to have data on my IPhone 5c?

I'm looking to purchase the iPhone 5c off UsCellular and I know it comes with the 16gb a month so would it matter if I didn't put my 5gb data a month that I always have and did for my iPhone 4s(that i currently have)? Because I can't pay 100$ a month for it and it added this email and something else for extra 30$ and that's what made it 100$ a month and it's required so if i took of my 5gb a month would i still be able to get on the internet an download apps?
