What happens if I delete IOS 7.1.1?

I have an iPhone updated to IOS 7.1.1 and when I went to usage it said I could delete the update is this a downgrade of sorts or if I delete it will it render my iPhone 5 useless thanks.

IPhone 5 will not connect to school Wi-Fi?

I put in the password and a loading circle comes up, but nothing happens. We have iPads and I thought it would be very easy for me to connect, unfortunately not. I resented my network settings and tried to forget network then re-enter pass code.

Dispatching background check ups in New Jersey?

I'm 20 years old, and I'm getting a dispatching job in the future. I'm curious on what would pop up in my background check. I've never been arrested, went to court twice for silly driving violations like carless driving. When I was 18 I stole an iPhone charger from Walmart. I was never arrested because they felt bad, so they just let me go. They told me I would pay a fine. Couple weeks later I had to pay a 150 dollar fine. I wasn't mad because I deserved it. I was never arrested or brought in any court for it. Can't remember if Walmart fined me, or if they got some court to do it. I remember sending the money in an envelope and never hearing from them again. Would that pop up in my background check up when they look me up? Need help!

My iPhone 5c keeps freezing?

I just switched over to a different carrier and got the iphone for free. I got the phone a week ago. When i open texts and begin to write it freezes for a short length of time. Its annoying since its brand new. My question is… Has this happened to anyone else? What did they do to fix it. Or should i just take it back to the store and ask for a new one.
