What are my rights - went into shop, paid, but turns out I was mis sold the items?

I went into a shop the other day with £350, spent the full amount on goods - paid via contactless app (iPhone).

Turns out however that the payment was declined, but the cashier wasn't aware at the time and sent me on my way. A week has passed and a letter has been sent to my address stating that I haven't paid (this is how I found out)

What are my rights to the goods? Obviously a good man will pay but is this their fault thus, without my resolution, they're out of pocket?

How long should an iCloud backup take?

Hi, i recently did my first iCloud backup today and I was wondering if it actually backed up my photos, apps, messages, etc. I have a 32gb iPhone 7 and about 25gb of it were in use (most is photos). I purchased the 50 gb storage for iCloud two days ago and I did my first back up today. When I clicked on "Back Up Now" it took about 2 minutes to finish. My phone was plugged in, connected to Wi-Fi and locked, (says to be locked in instructions). My internet speed is 50mbps download and 10mpbs upload so could that be it? Did it not back up everything? Did it back up before I manually did it? I also have the iCloud Backup switch on.

How do I find the owner of an iPhone 7 with a broken/glitching screen?

My friend found an iPhone 7 while camping While looking for his other friends phone, which was not an iPhone. This iPhone looks like it had been lost for a long time, and I'm not sure if it's been reported lost or stolen. The screen is cracked, but also glitches and goes dark after about 2 seconds and can't be unlocked, but I have access to the SIM card and the sim number. Is there any way I can find who lost this phone? Or sell it without worry of getting in trouble for possessing a lost phone at an ecoATM?

Help don't want to delete my photos?

Recently all of my photos have been unable to download to the cloud because there isn't enough storage on it, I don't like using the cloud and want my photos to be stored on my phone, every time I go to photos some of them are blurry and have a little exclamation mark in the bottom corner. I didn't have this on my old iPhone and want to know how I stop using the iCloud Photo Library so the photos are stored on my phone instead of the cloud. Every time I try to turn this setting off a notification pops up saying that this iPhone was not able to download all of the full resolution pics and vids, if you continue the low resolution versions of these pics and vids will be removed. Does this mean my pictures will all be deleted if I turn off this setting? I just want my photos to be in full resolution all the time and stored on my phone so that they don't have to load up to not be blurry

Is there any way to reactivate a lost/stolen iphone?

Hi so I have had an iPhone 6s for around a year and a half now but that wasn't always the case. Before I got my 2nd 6s, I had an original one that i bought at the verizon store, but a few months later I lost it and had to get an insurance refurbished replacement iPhone 6s from Asurion. This phone is fine and was fine for a while and worked as good as I thought it would. Around 6 months after I got my replacement phone, I ended up finding that original iPhone 6s I bought at verizon inside of my couch. Without any thought, I figured it would work off the bat with my sim card, so i put in my sim card on my current iphone to find out it couldnt be activated. After putting it back into my replacement iPhone I was using, I ended up having to go to verizon because the sim card was deactivated due to it being put as a lost or stolen iPhone in the verizon network, but the phone itself works fine with Wi-Fi. About a year after all of this happening, I use both phones but my insurance Asurion iPhone 6s is noticabely slower and has worse battery life then the original iPhone 6s I bought and ended up finding. My question is, is there any way I can reactivate my lost and unable to be activated iPhone easily, or would I have to go through a lot of trouble and it would just be easier to wait until my upgrade. Thanks, and sorry if this was confusing to read as it is a lot haha.
