What is best way to navigate around vancouver?

I'm traveling Vancouver/Richmond area from CA for about an week. I'm planning on renting a car to travel around. I'm not familiar with that area and i'll have to depend on some kind of navigation system. What will be efficient cost effective way? It turns out my GPS (garmin nuvi 205W) doesn't cover BC area. So, I guess, options are either use my iphone ( but international data usage costs a lot, like 2MB for $25 or something.) or maybe rent a smart phone at the airport if available ( but, how is price for data usage in Canada?), or just go analog and buy Vancouver map and use it? If you traveled there before, how did you get around without using too much money?

Meet this guy who works at my local coffee shop. Where both late teens

Found out we had a few things in common so would talk about that with me.

Started remembering my order, giving me extra wi-fi passes when your only allowed one per order and free coffee pass which were only for a tall but then if he was serving he give me a venti for free using the pass.

Made a comment that I was a polite person on two different occasions.

Then about 6months ago he left I only found out because I heard a couple on the table next to me talking about him leaving

Why would he not tell me, as we seems to get on really well.

Then about 1month ago he came back.

We've spoke a few times, when he serves.

The past few times when I've been he hasn't served, so we haven't been able to talk.

So i get my drink and go and sit outside in the same spot every time and use my iPhone then every now and then I'll look up and he'll be staring/gazing at me. He does it for about 20-40 secs when he's making coffee, serving people, waiting for the cakes to heat up even when he was stood talking to a guy friend he still managed to stare.

Before he left he did the whole staring at me but nothing like this.

It's not a creepy type stare

Also where I sit is to the side of counter so he has turns to the side to see me. Also when he stares there's none else around so I know he staring at me.

Also I know he single and he seems really nice

I do like him

Added (1). Also I know he's not into drink partying ect and would rather spend time at home with family, so don't think he's a player type guy.

Also he seems to act differenty around me to other girls/customers.

Also I'm not a very confident person.

How did my iphone know the location of pictures I took with it?

I'm in another country, so I turned off cellular data (so I won't find a large bill upon returning home). And I did not have Wi-Fi at the locations where I took pictures. So I was a bit shocked that specific (correct) locations were tagged to my photos. In trying to find an answer, I saw that GPS may be used to figure out the location. And that it doesn't use cellular data. And I won't find any surprise fees later on. Is this true?

My iPhone 5 gives me unlimited data?

I have an iPhone 5 with an AT&T $25 pay as you go plan which includes 200 minutes and unlimited texting. But for some reason my 4G data works and I get unlimited Internet for no charge. My iPhone 4 did not do this.
My best friend has an iPhone 5c that used to have a sprint plan until her parents deactivated it. She kept the sprint sim card in it & for some odd reason she got free unlimited 4G data on her phone too. Her texting and calling doesn't work though, just the data. Does anyone know why this happens? None of my other friends have told me this happened to them

How to transfer video to iphone?

I just made a short video clip on my computer of me fishing and I want to know how to transfer that video from my computer over to my iphone so it shows up in my photos and video album. Therefore I can post it onto instagram.
