I have an IPhone 4S, and whenever I try to watch a video on YouTube, it says "This video is playing on the TV", the screen turns black, and a picture of a Tv is above the words. You can still hear the sounds, but there are no images. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
I have an iphone 5s from tmobile can it work with simple mobile. SOmeone told me I just have to change the AVn seting or something like that, they also said it does not need to be unlock?
Is there an easy DIY way to fix this or do I need to get a repair?
PS I've had it repaired by people other than Apple for the screen so I don't think they'd touch it.
Also will they fix it there and then? It is the volume down button on my iPhone that is broken. Also if they replace do you think they will let me switch to a white iPhone 5 from a black one?

Added (1). To the first answer. How is getting a replaced iPhone 5 that is a different colour like swapping a broke XBOX 360 for an XBOX ONE. It's completely different. I asked for an iPhone 5s then yes obviously they wouldn't but a replacement of the same phone but in a different colour? I'm sure they would… Why not.

How can you reset an iphone with itunes if you do not know the pass code. I have connected to itunes account but it will not connect to my itunes without my son's pass code and he can't remember it.
I have the 4s and am still on iOS 6.1.3 and would like to know how i can permanently delete a contact. I deleted a couple contacts in the address book but whenever i go to start a new message and type in the first letter of their names they show up. How do i get rid of this?
Before i had a 5c i had a 4s and like i couldnt transfer my music over because i didn't have it on icloud and it wasn't backed up or whatever so i was like thats fine as long as i have it on my itunes i'm good so i went home tried to plug my phone into my laptop it will make the noise it will usually make when i plug something in there but it will not charge my phone now i didn't have any problems with this on my 4s and like usually when you plug your iphone into a computer itunes will pop up but it did not do that on mines so like i had update itunes to ios 11.0.6 and turned my computer on and off and i'm still having the same problem i'm just trying to transfer my music from my itunes to my 5c but it's like my computer not noticing there's something plugged into it but it made the noise that it usually makes when something it plugged into it but i don't know?
