How to dispute this 911 misuse fine?

I have an iPhone and my 6 year old niece was playing on Siri. I did not notice what she had done until I heard "calling 911". I quickly took the phone and hung up but they still visited my house. Even after I tried to explain what she had done, they still gave me a $300 911 misuse fine. Is there anyway I can dispute this fine? Or do I just have to suck it up and pay?

What am I supposed to do in this situation? - 1

I'm 15 years old and in the 10th grade. I don't have many friends, and I usually talk to my art teacher a lot in between classes. I like to talk about psychology and stuff, and so does she. So anyways, almost EVERY day the chemistry teacher comes into the room and talks to the art teacher. They are apparently best friends or some jazz.

So anyways, the chemistry teacher came into the room one day SUPER stressed out. She sat down on the art teachers desk and asked her for help with this paper she was holding. So the art teacher began to help her. I had no idea what was going on, and I really had no intention of figuring out. I just happened to be standing by the desk. Now, my art teacher just got a new iPhone, and on the desk was sitting an iPhone in a polka-dot case. I thought this was my art teachers, so I picked it up and said "Wow, I really like your case!"

Right as I started to pick it up, the chemistry teacher slapped my hand and screamed at me. And I mean SCREAMED at me. "Stop it! I have to get this finished! And I have to get to class!"

Everyone was staring at me, and I didn't know what to do, so I just went to the back of the room and sat in a desk. I might be making such a big deal out of something that really isn't, but I'm shaken up by the situation and I don't know how to handle going to school today. Please help in any way you can. What am I supposed to do?

I want to upgrade my mobile but am scared to commit - UK?

I have an iPhone 4 on ee/orange which is in excellent nick considering I have had it for over 2 years and it was given to me second hand. I have a sim-only 30day rolling contract that varies between £11 - £15 a month. I'm quite happy with it, but fancy a change, and feel that if I'm gona upgrade I may aswell get the iPhone 5c (16gb). Found a deal online on mobilephonesdirect.co.uk - £29.99 a month on ee, free phone etc but it's a 24 months contract. I'm tight with my money so the price is what is swaying me. I can get insurance from protect your bubble for £8 a month which would cover my accident worries, but it's the 24 month commitment that scares me. What if I suddenly can no longer afford the plan? What if I don't have enough money in the bank one month and the bill bounces? - I recently graduated so I'm looking for my first proper job so money isn't necessarily stable. Am I being silly? What do you think? Ty x

Why does my iPhone battery die in 2 hours?

My iPhone battery will literally die in about 2 hours. Why is this? I have a iPhone 4S 16gb running 7.0.6… Would buying a new battery and putting it in the phone make it just like new and give me a normal all day battery like what my buddy's get? I'm very frustrated.
