How can I transfer music files from my Iphone 5 to a new laptop? My old laptop is broken and I purchased a new one and I do not want all of my music to be deleted (I download my music, not purchase) once I plug my iphone into my new laptop.
I just updated my Iphones software to 6.1.6 today, and after a bit, Kik stopped working and wouldn't load my conversations or settings so I deleted it. I tried to go to the app store to reinstall it, but its not loading. What should I do?

ITunes is suppose to come preinstalled with the iphone, but it didn't with mine. Don't tell me to reset my home screen, because I already did and it still isn't there. The software isn't in my phone. What can I do? Do I have to Factory reset it or will that not help either?
Okay I got 1 ipad, 1 iPhone, 1 3DS and Sony headphones. I was also wandering if I should pack my chargers (2) in my carry on or checked luggage help? Please and thank you!

So, I forgot my pass code and I can't get in my iPhone, so I kept trying and I got my iPhone disabled its says connect to iTunes, I need help I want to unlock it. My lock button dosent work also, so I can't get to lock the phone completely. I need help!
I recently bought a new iPhone, I logged into my ICloud account thinking it would back all my photos up to my new phone, but I have read online that it only backs up the ones which have been saved into the camera roll in the last 30 days, is this true? Is there any way to get all my pictures back as I reset my old iPhone so have lost all them, Any help is appreciated.
I just got my iphone screen fixed for a crack about an hour ago and the bottom half isn't working. I talked to the guy and he told me that it was working when they had it and I could come back in but I can't go back until Monday because I didn't have time. At first the whole bottom half didn't work like I can't click the box to type a text in a text message or slide up the thing with the tools at the bottom. Now the bottom half in the middle is responsive like I can use the space bar and but some parts still aren't working. Is there something I can do until I go back?

( I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem since I should be able to access the internet on my own home network.) Now, When I try to connect to my Home Network and enter the Pass, It keeps saying, "Unable to Join Network". Recently, I Reset my Network Settings and still nothing. I Reset y router. Nothing. As You can probably tell, I'm really upset about this and want some help.
