I bought a iphone 5s 32 GB Unlocked (incase that matters) back in October or November. Last month my iphone crashed and wouldn't turn back on so we went to the apple store and they gave me an identical 5s but within the last week the finder print hasn't been working and in kinda tired of this stuff happening and I just want a refund now. But will they give me a refund considering the previous switch and the time since original purchase?

I've tried turning on and off my Wi-Fi, turning on airplane mode and then back on, i rebooted my iphone 2 times, i even deleted the app and reinstalled it! My Wi-Fi is working perfectly fine, and even when i turn it off and try using my 3g vodafone internet it still doesn't work! What do i do?!
I've even using Whatsapp on my iPhone 4S for months and today all of a sudden it is just not connecting. It's shows it's connecting but I'm unable to send or receive Msg because it ain't connecting. Usually it says connecting and connects in 3-4 seconds so I can MSG people but now it's not working. My internet is working well and I've also tried restarting my phone. Didn't help.

I was thinking of getting the 4s but I'm confused about the music side of things. Do I have to pay for each and every song I want? I have at least 400 songs on spotify and would like them on my Iphone but I'm unsure of if I can have them for free. Sorry to sound like an absolute noob but how do I get the music onto my phone in the first place because I can't use windows media player to transfer to Iphone? That's what I'm confused about and I don't want to use any illegal software either

I have IOS 5 on my 4s and have it jailbroken which is why i haven't updated, i'm afraid of not being able to jailbreak it on IOS 7. Other than that, would you recommend IOS 7
Last night after charging my iphone, I placed it on my bed and walked away to do something else. As I was walking away I heard a slight "ding" from my phone. I picked it up to see what it was from and siri was telling me to "turn data on for facetime to make videocall". What caused this? Was someone trying to video call me? I have never used facetime or siri on my iphone4. My phone was locked and not in use at the time.
I can't set up my email account on the mail because there's no hotmail option. I tried the outlook option aswell but it says mine can't be verified? Probably because mine is @hotmail not @outlook.
