I usually keep the Wi-Fi off on my phone to save battery, and one day I went on safari to look something up. I noticed that it still worked even when my Wi-Fi was turned off. Why is this happening? Does it connect somewhere else, or to the same Wi-Fi even if its turned off?
I'm thirteen and i want to save up my money to get something great! I already have an IPhone, laptop, and enough wallets and purses. So what do I buy? I usually just ask my parents for money and they give it to me so i want to take some initiative and learn what its like to save up to earn what you want but of course i need a goal first! Please give me ideas of stores and maybe even cute totes to buy. Anything under $300 is fine.

As some of you might have heard, there's this creepy iPhone app called Talking Angela, who is Talking Tom's girlfriend. It asks you really personal questions like where you live, do you have guard dogs, where do your dogs sleep ect, inappropriate sentences (it's told children to slip into a coma) and more. Some people have been burgled from giving out too much info. It also takes secret pictures and videos of you. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. ITS Really DANGEROUS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN. Please DON'T! (its being investigated by the police, I hope it gets removed and the culprits are found as soon as possible, dirty perverts!
So, I went on it on Facebook to see if it'd say anything. I didn't say anything like where I lived and stuff. I don't have a webcam so it couldn't take any secret videos or pictures. It asked me how old I was but I just said "ok" to pass it. I deleted, blocked and reported the app, but can they track my ip address or something? I'm really scared, worried and paranoid.
I will be eligible for an upgrade next month and I have an iPhone 4. How much will I have to pay for the iPhone 5? 5s? Please let me know, thank you.

My phone was stolen at school I can't use find my Iphone the option isn't avalible because the person may have already reset and took out my sim card however they are going to need the sim card to activate it later. If they re insert the card then take it back out can i still track where it was last activated?
I have xfinity from comcast. A ps3 a ps4 an iphone and a computer with internet. Out of those 5 what is the best app, channel, website, etc… To watch extreme sports like skateboarding, snowboarding and bmx on. I don't want random highlight clips I want full coverage of stuff like the Dew tour and skate movies and stuff. I'm fine with paying money or a subscription fee. Please help! 5 stars for a good response.
Added (1). xfinity does not carry extreme tv or fox sports 2. Which seems like the only channels that play these sports.
Last night my phone was freezing up so I turned it off and back on and when it restarted I had no messaging, phone, settings, iTunes, App Store, etc and I've turned it on and off and reset it several times. When I get a text I can see that I got it but when I click on it nothing happens I can't view the message.
I found an activated verizon iphone 4 at the park and i picked it up and asked around if anyone dropped their phone, with no luck. I posted on craigslist if they lost an iphone and no one claimed it, and it is still activated. This is from a week ago. Is there anyway I can report it lost without talking to customer care(I don't want to go through talking to customer care, they are a pain in the but, lol) I have no way of going to any verizon stores too, they are too far to walk, so my next bet is online, or doing it on the iphone?
Added (1). It has not for I can still make calls with it(I only tested it just to see if its still activated), other than that its been sitting on my dresser until I can find the rightful owner to this phone.
