I hooked up my phone to itunes and picked up a couple of songs but of the songs that have been checked about 90% come through but the rest of it won't sync. Sometimes when I've clicked sinc the bar showing how much GB is left grows to indicate the songs it wants to add but then it syncs and finishes and the bar reverts to the level it was at before. What do I do?

I have a used iPhone 4S that has no damage whatsoever and it use to be my dad's phone and he never had any problems with it but I've noticed that for me, the battery percent is unreliable because it dies at all types of different percentages like sometimes it won't die until completely no battery and sometimes it will die at percentages as high as (so far at least) 87% or anywhere in between so I can never trust it. And the percentages quite a bit will jump around because not even using it for long the battery will suddenly drain 20% or when I put it on the charger the battery will just around to different percents. What's happening and what can I try doing to fix it? It's with AT&T.

I had the jailbreak ever since it came out. And I began to notice my springboard crashing a lot and some apps crashing immediately after launch. The app crash could be solved with a reboot but will happen again. The springboard crash happens in a lot of cases, but mostly with app launches. The thing that makes my springboard crash the most is the camera app. Doesn't matter which app, as soon as I open or take a photo with the camera in the app, springboard just crashes. I'm extremely annoyed with this problem. I currently own an unlocked iPhone 5 64GB and running the latest iOS 7 firmware. The jailbreak apps I have are Accelerate, Dockshift, Swipeselect, flipcontrolcenter, activator, full name for messages, messages customizer, and no spot iOS 7. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please help me out.
