How to jailbreak already jailbroken ios 6.1 iPhone 5?

My iPhone 5 is already running 6.1 ios jailbroken. I do not have iTunes installed and wish to avoid doing so if possible, as it causes performance issues for my PC.

Obviously I'd prefer to keep existing data on my phone if that's possible.

Dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked?

I dropped my iPhone 5 and the screen cracked, unfortunately I didn't purchase any insurance, with it and I'd like to get it fixed.

Apple charge £150 to fix the screen which is outrageous but understandable because they can, this is too much for me to pay as I'm only 16, I'm willing to pay around £100 and have been offered quotes as low as £40 and as high as £160 but I'm not sure whether to just leave the screen as it is, or get it fixed, I'd like to know if I do get it fixed professionally by a company that specializes in Apple repairs, whether the phone will look and feel as if it hasn't been replaced because I'm willing to pay, as long as the service is good quality. I spoke to the company that specializes in Apple repairs and they said its the "genuine" original screen that Apple get the supplies from, whether that is true or not, it doesn't matter to me as long as the phone feels like the original product and also will the screen be as strong as the original because its not the original screen?

Added (1). Will the replacement screen be as strong as the original when dropped? I'm going to take very careful precautions to ensure this does not happen again.

Sprint Iphone 5C just ordered, what's next?

Just ordered a iphone 5c from sprint. Got a couple conformation emails and an order number. When I put the order number in the sprint tracking bar, it says that the orders under credit review. I paid and everything. Can I get denied of credit and get my money refunded to me if I don't "pass" the credit check? I just turned 18 yesterday so i don't know what really happens. I recently bought the third season of Sherlock on my iphone but when I tried to download the series on my ipod, there was a price in that little box.
Anyway, I tried 'buying' it again, and all that it said was if I wanted to buy something a second time. Obviously the itunes store is aware that I've already bought the episodes, but I'm unable to re-download everything on my ipod without paying agian.

Choosing Speakers while plugging earbuds in?

I bought creative ep-630 earbuds, when i plug it in to iphone, everything is fine. But when i plug it to pc, it says like "device found" then i choose its headphones or speakers. If i choose headphones (which is right) , there's always some static noise in backgrounds. If i choose the speakers, there isn't any noise, but i wonder if will quality drop or something bad will happen when i pick speakers for headphones?

How to prevent texting while driving on Iphone?

Teen daughter, a texting fanatic, is getting her license soon. She says she won't text and drive but while out driving with her yesterday for her experience a couple times when we stopped (drive through coffee) she would grab her phone. My guess is the first day she is out by herself after getting her license she is going to text all her friends saying she got it… All while cruising down the road!
Her phone is an Iphone 5 and the carrier is Verizon Wireless. I'm wondering if there's a device or app that I can get her set up with to prevent all texting/phone calling while she is behind the wheel.AT&T has an app but that only kicks in at 25mph, so i guess the trees are softer when you're only going 24mph. There are apps but most are for all by Iphones. I'm looking for something that will prevent any texting or phone calls while she is driving at any speed. Telling her don't do it, as we all know, isn't going to work at all.

Added (1). I appreciate all the responses, i do. But being realistic in today's world she wouldn't be leaving without a phone. Your kid wouldn't either. She'll drive to school, without a phone, she'll go to a friends house for the night, without a phone? Be realistic folks. Spine has nothing to do with it, it is what is real. You drive to work each day, you leave your phone home? You go out for the evening, you leave your phone home? No. Don't expect them to either. That is why i asked if there were a device that would prevent phone activity while in motion. If i wanted to be a jerk father i wouldn't let her drive!
