Someone trying to paypal scam me?

This is my first post here regarding an issue I had on Paypal.

First and for most let me start by telling you that all my information on my paypal is real, and that my address is real and that I was not trying to do anything stupid. It was an honest trade that the buyer is trying to scam me for.

Basically I posted on a forum (Tomshardware) for selling my iphone 5 which was never used and in perfect condition. I talked to the buyer on facebook and we agreed upon a price. I asked him what method he would like for shipping (express, etc), and he had said he didn't care.

I brought up the idea that my cousin is going down to the same part of San fransisco where he lives, and that he can drop it off at his house face to face. He said sure, as there was obviously no shipping fee for this. And I was being generous.

A week had gone by, I thought everything was fine as my cousin told me he had given the person the item face to face ( plus the buyer had confirmed my first and last name to make sure I'm giving the item to the right person).

A week had past, and I got a facebook message from the person I sold the item too.
It had said "I still haven't received the item, either refund me or send the item again please.".
At this point I was like what the hell, I gave him his item. I had done many previous trades on paypal, and never had this issue. I told him my cousin had even met him face to face and that I would not refund him as he had received the item. Thats when the threats started to come towards me.

Game on.

By now I'm totally worried that I'm going to loose my money plus the item I had given him. And I got my cousin to go back to his house but he wasn't there, plus his flight was 5- 7 hrs later.
The buyer had accidently sent the payment as gift (friends/family), which he couldnt dispute and paypal had denied a dispute. By now I thought that phew, lucky me, next time I'll just deal face to face, or use actual shipping so I have a shipping ID.

But thats when he got really upset. Now hes saying to me hes going to call the cops on me for something I gave to him! Are you kidding me? Can I use my cousin as proof? Does he have a case? Would this be a civil or criminal matter? Paypal said I don't have to give him his cash, but they told him to talk to his local PD. Is this case civil or criminal.

Why are some songs not showing up in my playlist on my iPhone 4s?

I'm trying to organize my music so I made playlists. I put all the songs I want in the playlist on iTunes, then I go to sync my phone and about half the songs are missing? I tried everything just doesn't make any sense

Also I tried to put the songs in the playlist on my phone itself then I sync it with iTunes and just takes the song right back off? This is frustrating

anyone have an answer to this problem lemme know please

IPhone 4 home button problem?

So I bought my iphone off a friend and the home button wasn't working well so I put h2o2 (hydrogen paroxide) on it a couple times to fix it a bit. But this time I put a whole lot and it stopped working after it was weird. I'm going to get the whole home button replaced and everything is working well except the homebutton.
My question is that can the home button be replaced? I know a store that fixes iPhone home buttons but I'm scared I might have caused too much damage. (h2o2 dries out easily and there's no water in my phone and my phone is functioning correctly) but I'm just scared if what I did can make it non-repairable or if it when into the back somehow. Thank you.

Added (1). I HAVE ASSISTIVE TOUCH, BUT I PERFER HOME BUTTON.

Is there any chance I could recover my pictures?

I had my iPhone in a lifeproof case and a ziploc bag while snorkeling in Honduras this summer. It still got water in it. That water is extremely salty and ruined my phone. If I took it somewhere and they opened it and cleaned it out, could my pictures possibly be recovered or not?

How to put my iPhone 4 into recovery mode?

I forgot my passcode, and it is now disabled. I bought it off of a friend, and was able to it connect just fine to my laptop. My laptop no longer works, however, and I haven't synced the iPhone to another computer, so the computer I DO have, doesn't recognize the phone.
I've tried to put in "recovery mode" as per the instructions on the apple website, but nothing pops up on the itunes page. The iPhone just normally turns on, and goes to the "iPhone is disabled" screen. I've tried MANY times and several different ways to restore it over the course of about two months now, so it's not like i just gave up after a few tries.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Why does my iphone go to sleep on YouTube?

So I started having this problem when I go on the YouTube app on my iphone and I'm watching a video after two minutes my auto lock activates and turns off my phone while I'm watching a video. This never happens to me when I'm watching a video now this keeps happening. Can anyone help me fix this (everything all new and updated so why would this happen?)

Some of my music from iTunes won't sync to my iPhone 4s?

I bought a CD the other day and wanted to import it into my iTunes library, so I could sync it to my iPhone 4s. The CD imported just fine, and when I plugged in my phone to my MacBook, I made sure that the artist and the album was checked under the music tab, but when I go to sync it and it is complete, it doesn't show up on my phone? I have tons of space left on my phone and again, I have the artist and album checked, so I don't understand.
