Why this happened with iphone battery?

Ok i never faced this issue before,
When i plugged in charger in morning it shown "plug" sign where it should show "lighting thunder" sign.
I plugged out & again plugged in and shown "lighting thunder" sign & started charging.
After reaching 92 percent i noticed battery percent is not increasing,
I switched off/on
It shown me battery percent 96 percent,
Again above issue started it shown "plug in" sign.
Then i discharged it to 15 percent and plugged in charger,
Now its charging normally as before,
Please tell where is actual problem,
I have noticed that battery drainage is well as it was before,
But why it didn't charged to 100 percent.
I add i plug in charger always when its above 45 percent, i mean i never fully discharged and recharged it.

I wanna buy a gadget but donno wht to buy as i want both mobile and a dslr camera. But not possible to buy both. In mobiles I have iphone 5s as my option, rit now I'm using Samsung galaxy grand so is it worth upgrading to iphone 5s? If not thn in dslr camera's suggestions please. I like to do photography also.

Does iOS 7 have shorter battery life than iOS 6?

I'm still on iOS 6 on my iPhone 4S and iPod touch 5. I kind of want to upgrade, but at the same time, don't want to because I have heard the people with iOS 7 on their devices have had their device charged at 100% at the beginning of the day and you can't use it at all and the battery just drops to like 30% at mid day. Is this true? I'm kind of confused.

Buying an iPhone 5s Indonesia?

I live in Indonesia. I want to buy an iphone 5s but my local carrier provider haven't provide it yet. I know that i can buy unlocked model from apple store, but that means i buy the us model right? My local provider said that they still testing the iphone 5s with indonesian network. Several of my friends have already bought it outside the indonesia, and used it in indonesia, and haven't encountered any problem with the network. My local provider already confirmed that iphone 5s will be available in indonesia but it could be 2-4 months until its available. My question now:

if i bought the iphone 5s unlocked from the apple store, will it work smoothly on indonesian network?
i know that there are several iphone 5s model number to identify its country, are there any differences between them?
if the difference will influence the phone, is it worth it to wait for 2-4 months?

How to download free music from beemp3 onto iPhone?

Ok, so I couldn't figure out how to download music from beemp3 onto my mac, so I just ended up clicking open with Itunes, which worked to get the music onto my mac, but now I can't transfer the music onto my iphone because it is all being streamed, so it won't work. Is there any way I can download the music a different way onto my mac so that it's not just streaming, or alter the music I already downloaded so it will go onto my iPhone?

My iphone 4s will heat up imensley and will not hold charge?

I've had my Iphone 4S for a year and a half and I dropped it, the transparent screen on the camera broke but it still works perfectly when taking pictures. When I plug it into charge it heats up to the point where it is too hot to hold and the battery goes up to 1% then drops back down and the phone turns off. Not sure if the fall had something to do with it or if the camera is interfering or maybe the battery needs replacing? I'm still under warranty but the red dot in the earphone plug has showed up ages ago suggesting that is it water damaged so I don't know if they will cover it? Is there anything I can do at home to try and fix this problem? Connecting it to iTunes does not work or restoring it or updating it as the battery does not hold and the process can't be completed in time
