What is the easiest way to downgrade my iPhone 4S?

My iPhone 4S is running iOS version 7.0.4. I bought it from my Grandpa after he purchased the iPhone 5S, and he upgraded the 4S to iOS 7 before he gave me the phone. At first I didn't mind it, but I'm starting to realize how much I miss iOS 6 (specifically 6.1.3).

What is the easiest way to downgrade my iPhone 4S? I did not save my SHSH blobs from 6.1.3 since I obviously didn't have the phone until after he upgraded, so that's the only issue I have right now.
