I need to know if the tracking device is located in the SIM card or if it is inside the phone somewhere. The reason I need to know would bring up a completely different story but if anyone could inform me then it would be greatly appreciated!

I have purchased an iPhone from someone on ebay and paid straight away. 5 days later they sent me a message saying that they did not list the item and i should open a case to get it back. The money has come out of my account so I'm worried about clicking cancel purchase as that is usually for people who haven't paid yet. And If I return the item what happens there. I'm worried this person could be dodgy. Can someone help.

I'm wanting to trade my AT&T 16 gigabyte iPhone 4 for an AT&T 16 gigabyte iPhone 4S in the same condition. I know the iPhone 4S is worth more than the 4 but by how much? My wife and I recently got our son an iphone 5c for his birthday. We did all the basic restriction things such as blocking the app store, and adult content, etc. Etc. Etc. However, there's something else bothering me, we're a bit paranoid about strangers being able to call his number. Is there a way to black All numbers from being able to call or text his number EXCEPT for a few select phone numbers?

I have an Iphone 5 with virgin mobile, and the only time i can use it is if I have Wi-Fi. For instance if I go out in public, I can't use Instagram or Vine, or any of those apps. Even thought i have excellent cell service. Is this the phone, or just simply the phone company? If it is the phone company can you maybe direct me to a good company that won't burn a hole in my wallet?
