I jailbroke My iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4.
Then it started to turn on about in 40 seconds (normally it was opening in 30 seconds). But i knew it was normal. But today, saurik updated mobile substrate. After i updated it, i tried to reboot device and my iPhone turned on in 2 and a half minutes! I really need help and i really don't want to restore and re-jailbreak. Please help me or is this happened to your device too?
