How to remove text previews from the lock screen in the iPhone 4?

So I just got an iPhone 4S, and discovered the most annoying feature to me is the fact that partial texts are shown on the lock screen.
For privacy reasons I do not at all want this. I don't mind being notified that I've gotten a text, but I don't want any portion of that new text to be visible until one enters the pass code.
I've tried playing with all the settings, but thus far nothing has removed this feature.
Please, someone tell me it is possible to get rid of this stupid feature?

How to stop my iPhone 5s from letting me know when I get a new email?

Piece of shi* sits there and either makes sounds all night or vibrates all night. It seems those are my only 2 options.

Added (1). If I do anything with my settings, the only 2 options are sounds or "none". "None" means vibrate. So I'm starting to think the only way to shut off the notification is by changing my email address to a fake one.

Can I connect two Bluetooth devices to my iPhone simultaneously?

I'm currently using an iPhone 5 with a sportzbeatz stereo Bluetooth earphones, (which are great by the way) but I'm considering buying the pebble smart watch.
Now what I need to know is will I be able to have them both connected at the same time and use them both, considering the pebble doesn't receive audio the functions don't overlap. But say I'd still like to be able to see what song is playing and change it on my wrist, but still have the music being transmitted to my earphones.
Has anyone had any experience with this or know if it will or won't work?
